【摘要】：開放大學(xué)后勤管理信息化是指在開放大學(xué)后勤管理、服務(wù)的各個(gè)層次和各個(gè)方面,采用先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)、通信、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等信息技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品,充分整合和廣泛利用學(xué)校內(nèi)外的信息資源,提高管理與服務(wù)水平的過(guò)程。針對(duì)目前開放大學(xué)對(duì)低值易耗品管理中存在的重視程度不夠、資金來(lái)源渠道多、添置領(lǐng)用不規(guī)范等問(wèn)題,引進(jìn)計(jì)算機(jī)管理,開發(fā)低值易耗品管理信息系統(tǒng),在降低學(xué)校辦學(xué)成本、提高資金利用率的同時(shí),逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)低值易耗品管理的科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化、系統(tǒng)化。
[Abstract]:Open university logistics management information refers to the logistics management in the open universities, different levels and aspects of the service, the use of advanced computer, communication, Internet and other information technologies and products, fully integrated and widely used inside and outside the school of information resources, improve the management level of service process. Aiming at the Open University of consumable attention there in the management of goods not in low value, multiple sources of funding, additional recipients are not standardized and other issues, the introduction of computer management, the development of low value consumables in the management information system, reduce the cost of running schools, improve the utilization of funds at the same time, gradually realize the low value consumables management in a scientific, standardized. System.
