【摘要】：正學(xué)生是特殊的群體,學(xué)校食堂食品安全關(guān)系廣大學(xué)生身體健康,關(guān)系社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定[1,2]。晉中市食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局于2011年初承接餐飲服務(wù)監(jiān)管新職能,針對(duì)學(xué)校食堂存在的突出問(wèn)題,根據(jù)市委、市政府食品安全工作會(huì)議精神,按照"標(biāo)本兼治、著力治本、突出重點(diǎn)、帶動(dòng)全面"的方針,確定"一年打基礎(chǔ)、二年大推進(jìn)、三年大提高"整治思路,強(qiáng)化"食品安全地方政府負(fù)總責(zé),監(jiān)管部門(mén)依法履責(zé),餐飲服務(wù)單位承擔(dān)主體責(zé)任,校(院、園)長(zhǎng)是食品安全第一責(zé)任人"的意識(shí),緊
