【摘要】：在教育改革中，，引入學(xué)習(xí)型組織的理論，建立學(xué)習(xí)型的學(xué)校已成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。學(xué)習(xí)型學(xué)校中要建立共同愿景，進(jìn)行合作學(xué)習(xí)，不斷交流反思，從而每個(gè)成員都能在學(xué)校組織中得到發(fā)展。根據(jù)我國教育的現(xiàn)狀，將學(xué)習(xí)型組織理論引入學(xué)校建立學(xué)習(xí)型學(xué)校存在有利的條件，也有不利因素的一面。但只要學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、教師、學(xué)生及社區(qū)共同努力，學(xué)習(xí)型學(xué)校的建立是完全能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)的。我們從學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、教師、學(xué)生及學(xué)校與社區(qū)關(guān)系等方面提出了建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型學(xué)校的策略，并結(jié)合案例進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:In the educational reform, it is urgent to introduce the theory of learning-type organization and establish learning-type school. In the learning-oriented school, we should set up a common vision, carry out cooperative learning, and constantly communicate and reflect. According to the present situation of education in our country, there are favorable conditions and disadvantages in introducing the theory of learning-type organization into schools to set up learning-oriented schools. But as long as school leaders, teachers, With the joint efforts of the students and the community, the establishment of the learning school can be realized completely. This paper puts forward the strategies of building the learning school from the aspects of school leadership, teachers, students and the relationship between the school and the community, and analyzes the case.
