【摘要】：正 學(xué)生安委會(huì)是學(xué)生自我管理、自我監(jiān)督、自我教育煅煉、承擔(dān)部分校園治安管理的群眾性自治組織,在學(xué)校有關(guān)部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和保衛(wèi)部門指導(dǎo)下開展工作。近些年來,多數(shù)院校相繼組建了學(xué)生治安隊(duì)伍,如安委會(huì)、治安隊(duì)等,他們在學(xué)校治安管理工作中發(fā)揮了重要作用,且隨著時(shí)間的增長日趨成熟,但治安形勢的發(fā)展變化,對學(xué)生安委會(huì)提出了更高的要求,只有任務(wù)明確、業(yè)務(wù)熟練、素質(zhì)高的隊(duì)伍,才能在新形勢下更好地發(fā)揮作用,為使這一組織更加規(guī)范化,本文就安委會(huì)的有關(guān)問題做一簡述。 一、學(xué)生安委會(huì)的地位和作用 隨著改革開放的不斷深入,社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的建立和發(fā)展,高校的校園環(huán)境日趨社會(huì)化,在治安管理中出現(xiàn)了一些新問題、新情況,治安形勢不容
[Abstract]:In recent years , most colleges and universities have set up the students ' security teams , such as the Security Committee and the public security team , which have played an important role in the management work of the school , but the development of the security situation has changed . Only the task is clear , the business is skilled and the quality is high , so that the organization can work better in the new situation . In order to make the organization more standardized , this paper briefly introduces the relevant issues of the Security Council .
