【摘要】：正7月10日,昆明市公布《昆明市學(xué)校校園安全能力建設(shè)實(shí)施辦法》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《辦法》),適用于教育行政主管部門批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立(含公辦和民辦)的全日制中小學(xué)校(含中等職業(yè)學(xué)校、特殊教育學(xué)校和幼兒園)。《辦法》提出學(xué)校必須設(shè)置保衛(wèi)處或保衛(wèi)科/室,并按學(xué)校人數(shù)不低于1.5‰的比例配置專職人員,每個(gè)校區(qū)校園配置專職人員不得低于1人。非寄宿制學(xué)校按照不低于在校人數(shù)3‰的比例聘用專職保安,保安必須在45周歲以下,并依法考取保安證。寄宿制學(xué)校按照不低于在校人數(shù)4‰的比例聘
