【摘要】：目的　了解高校未婚男青年對生殖健康參與意識及認知、需求 ,以提高學校性教育的針對性和有效性。方法　采用問卷調(diào)查法 ,隨機抽取昆明 4所高校 50 3名 1 7～ 2 4歲男生作性別意識、生殖健康認知、需求及參與意向的匿名調(diào)查。結(jié)果　 (1 ) 92 %的男生認為生殖健康男性有責 ,應主動參與 ;但自律守貞者僅為 8% ,要求女性守貞者達 56 %。有 94%男生認為人工流產(chǎn)是不得已、有損于健康的節(jié)育補救措施 ,僅有 40 %的男生認為女性生殖節(jié)育任務使之較男性面臨更多的健康風險。 (2 )能正確回答男女避孕方法和排卵期的人僅占調(diào)查對象的 2 9%和 52 % ,分別有 49% ,61 %和 89%的人認為目前男性主動避孕少、安全套使用率低及性病、非意愿妊娠上升的原因是生殖健康教育及技術(shù)服務缺乏。 (3)在男大學生現(xiàn)有的性知識中 ,各有 2 %來自家庭和學校 ,更多的來自同伴 (30 % )和媒體 (66 % ) ;89%男生渴望學校開展多種形式的性教育 ,93 %的男生認為生殖避孕知識與性道德教育相結(jié)合更易奏效。結(jié)論　高校未婚男青年強烈的生殖健康知識需求 /參與意向與男尊女卑性別意識和低水平的生殖避孕知識形成巨大落差 ,性知識來源的正常渠道 (學校、家庭 )受阻。學校開展系統(tǒng)、科學的性 /生殖健康教育已勢在必行
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the awareness, cognition and demand of unmarried male students' participation in reproductive health, so as to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of sex education in schools. A total of 503 male students aged from 17 to 24 years old from 4 universities in Kunming were randomly selected for gender awareness and reproductive health cognition. Anonymous survey of needs and intention to participate. Results (1) 92% of male students thought that male reproductive health had the responsibility and should take the initiative to participate. However, the number of self-discipline chaste is only 8%, requiring 56 female virginity. 94% boys believe that abortion is a last resort, harmful to the health of birth control remedial measures. Only 40% of boys think that female reproductive birth control tasks expose them to more health risks than men. Only 2 9% and 52% of the respondents were able to answer correctly contraceptive methods and ovulatory period of men and women. 49% and 89% people thought that male active contraception was low, condom use rate was low and sexually transmitted diseases. The rise of unwanted pregnancy is due to the lack of reproductive health education and technical services. More from peer groups (30%) and media (66%); 89% boys are eager for many forms of sex education in schools. 93% of the male students think that the combination of knowledge of reproductive contraception and sexual morality education is more effective. Conclusion unmarried male youth in colleges and universities have a strong need for reproductive health knowledge. / the intention to participate is a huge gap with the gender awareness of the inferiority of men and women and the low level of knowledge of reproductive contraception. Normal channels of sexual knowledge sources (schools, families) are blocked. It is imperative for schools to carry out systematic and scientific sexual / reproductive health education
