大學(xué)生認(rèn)知靈活性與擇業(yè)效能感的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:認(rèn)知靈活性(cognitive flexibility),或稱認(rèn)知適應(yīng)的靈活性,是指個(gè)體采取靈活有效的認(rèn)知策略,以適應(yīng)變化情境的能力。認(rèn)知靈活性較高的個(gè)體,往往表現(xiàn)出對問題情境更好的適應(yīng)能力。擇業(yè)效能感(career decision-making self-efficacy),是班杜拉自我效能感理論在職業(yè)領(lǐng)域的具體應(yīng)用。它在個(gè)體職業(yè)選擇的過程中,扮演著重要的角色。 本文將認(rèn)知靈活性與擇業(yè)效能感相結(jié)合,對大學(xué)生的認(rèn)知靈活性和擇業(yè)效能感的現(xiàn)狀及二者之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究,擬為大學(xué)生就業(yè)過程提供指導(dǎo)和理論依據(jù)。 本文首先對認(rèn)知靈活性和擇業(yè)效能感的理論概念、測量工具以及認(rèn)知靈活性和擇業(yè)效能感的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了綜述。其次,采用國內(nèi)研究者修訂的大學(xué)生認(rèn)知靈活性問卷(Martin Rubin,1995編訂,趙兵修訂)和大學(xué)生擇業(yè)效能感問卷(Taylor Betz,1983編訂,龍燕梅修訂),以785名在校大學(xué)生為研究對象,對其進(jìn)行了測量。一方面,分析了大學(xué)生認(rèn)知靈活性和擇業(yè)效能感在性別、是否畢業(yè)年級學(xué)生、文理科、獨(dú)生子女情況和社會實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)上的差異;另一方面,研究了大學(xué)生的認(rèn)知靈活性與擇業(yè)效能感之間的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明: 1.大學(xué)生認(rèn)知靈活性在畢業(yè)年級、文理科和社會實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)上存在顯著差異。畢業(yè)年級學(xué)生認(rèn)知靈活性顯著高于非畢業(yè)年級學(xué)生,文科生認(rèn)知靈活性顯著高于理科生,具有社會實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的學(xué)生認(rèn)知靈活性顯著高于沒有社會實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的學(xué)生。 2.大學(xué)生擇業(yè)效能感在性別、文理科和獨(dú)生子女上存在顯著差異。男生擇業(yè)效能感顯著高于女生,文科生擇業(yè)效能感顯著高于理科生,獨(dú)生子女的擇業(yè)效能感顯著高于非獨(dú)生子女。 3.大學(xué)生認(rèn)知靈活性和擇業(yè)效能感存在顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系。 4.大學(xué)生的認(rèn)知靈活性對擇業(yè)效能感具有預(yù)測作用。
[Abstract]:Cognitive flexibility (cognitive flexibility), or cognitive adaptation flexibility, refers to the ability of individuals to adopt flexible and effective cognitive strategies to adapt to changing situations. Individuals with higher cognitive flexibility often show better adaptability to problem situations. Career choice efficacy (career decision-making self-efficacy) is the concrete application of Bandura's self-efficacy theory in the field of occupation. It plays an important role in the process of individual career choice. Based on the combination of cognitive flexibility and career choice efficacy, this paper studies the present situation of college students' cognitive flexibility and career choice efficacy and the relationship between them, in order to provide guidance and theoretical basis for the employment process of college students. In this paper, the theoretical concepts of cognitive flexibility and career efficacy, measurement tools and the related research on cognitive flexibility and career efficacy are reviewed. Secondly, the cognitive flexibility questionnaire (Martin Rubin,1995, Zhao Bing) and Taylor Betz,1983 (long Yanmei revision), which were revised by domestic researchers, were used to measure 785 college students. On the one hand, it analyzes the differences of college students' cognitive flexibility and career choice efficacy in gender, graduate grade students, liberal arts and science, only child and social practice experience; on the other hand, it studies the relationship between college students' cognitive flexibility and career choice efficacy. The results show that: 1. There are significant differences in college students' cognitive flexibility in graduation grade, liberal arts and science and social practice experience.
