【摘要】：從教育入學機會的平等到教育過程、教育結果的平等,再到尊重個體的選擇,充分發(fā)揮每個人的潛能的差異的平等,反映了美國教育界對少數(shù)族裔教育平等認識不斷深化的過程。美國黑人教育政策演進也大致經(jīng)歷了這樣一個過程,但是由于美國社會普遍存在的種族偏見和歧視,黑人教育要實現(xiàn)真正的平等還需要繼續(xù)努力。
[Abstract]:From the equality of access to education to the process of education, to the equality of educational outcomes, to the equality of respect for individual choices, and to the equality of the differences in the full potential of each person, It reflects the process of deepening the education equality of minorities in American educational circles. The evolution of black education policy in the United States has also undergone such a process, but because of the racial prejudice and discrimination in American society, it is necessary to make continuous efforts to achieve true equality in black education.
