【摘要】：我國當(dāng)前處于社會全面轉(zhuǎn)型期,加強(qiáng)道德教育已是刻不容緩。加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)未成年人的思想品德教育,為他們營造一個良好的德育環(huán)境,是我們黨和國家一直以來都十分重視的問題。未成年人是民族的希望,是祖國的未來,他們的思想道德素質(zhì)如何,直接關(guān)系到社會主義事業(yè)的興衰成敗。隨著國際政治多極化趨勢的繼續(xù)發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)利益也趨向多樣化,這使得現(xiàn)在的未成年人面臨著比以前的人更復(fù)雜的德育環(huán)境狀況,這給我國的未成年人思想品德教育工作提出了新的問題和挑戰(zhàn)。 本文主要在于研究未成年人的思想道德形成過程和現(xiàn)狀以及如何在當(dāng)前的形勢下營造一個良好的德育環(huán)境,在這個紛繁復(fù)雜的環(huán)境中做好未成年人的思想品德工作,還未成年人一個純凈的成長空間。筆者以馬克思主義基本理論為指導(dǎo),從研究當(dāng)前未成年人的德育環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀入手,分析導(dǎo)致目前德育環(huán)境不佳的幾個關(guān)鍵的原因,并且提出了相應(yīng)的對策。 論文主體由四個部分組成,對怎樣給未成年人營造一個良好的德育環(huán)境進(jìn)行了較為細(xì)致的研究和探索。 第一部分：對未成年人德育環(huán)境的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定。分析了未成年人、思想品德、道德教育、德育環(huán)境這幾個概念。 第二部分：根據(jù)未成年人的身心發(fā)展過程,具體分析了未成年人心理及品德的發(fā)展的階段,指出未成年人的身心發(fā)展是一個形成和再構(gòu)的復(fù)雜過程。 第三部分：對德育環(huán)境對未成年人品德發(fā)展的重要性進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并根據(jù)國內(nèi)外形勢的變化,分析了未成年人德育環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀存在的問題及其原因。 第四部分：是本文的重點(diǎn)所在,根據(jù)當(dāng)前未成年人德育環(huán)境存在的問題對癥下藥,提出了具體的德育環(huán)境營造措施。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in a full-scale social transition period, so it is urgent to strengthen moral education. To strengthen and improve the ideological and moral education of minors and to create a good moral environment for them is a problem that our Party and our country have always attached great importance to. Minors are the hope of the nation and the future of the motherland. Their ideological and moral qualities are directly related to the success or failure of the socialist cause. With the continuous development of the trend of multipolarization in international politics and the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, the social and economic interests of our country have also tended to be diversified, which makes the minors now facing a more complex moral education environment than the former ones. This brings new problems and challenges to the ideological and moral education of minors in our country. The main purpose of this paper is to study the process and present situation of minors' ideological and moral formation, and how to create a good moral education environment under the current situation, and to do a good job in the ideological and moral work of minors in this complicated environment. Minors also a pure growth space. Under the guidance of the basic theory of Marxism, starting with the study of the current situation of moral education environment for minors, the author analyzes several key reasons that lead to the poor moral education environment at present, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures. The thesis is composed of four parts, and makes a detailed research and exploration on how to create a good moral education environment for minors. The first part defines the related concepts of moral education environment for minors. This paper analyzes the concepts of minors, moral character, moral education and moral education environment. The second part: according to the process of minors' physical and mental development, it analyzes the stage of the development of minors' psychology and moral character, and points out that the development of minors' body and mind is a complex process of formation and reconstruction. The third part summarizes the importance of moral education environment to the development of minors' moral character, and analyzes the problems and causes of the current situation of minors' moral education environment according to the changes of the situation at home and abroad. The fourth part is the focus of this paper. According to the problems existing in the moral education environment of minors, the author puts forward concrete measures to create the moral education environment.
