初中生意志品質(zhì)問(wèn)卷的編制

【摘要】:良好意志品質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)在青少年素質(zhì)教育當(dāng)中具有重要意義,然而現(xiàn)有研究很少涉及初中生意志品質(zhì)的量化研究,究其原因主要是因?yàn)闆](méi)有一個(gè)適用于初中生的意志品質(zhì)模型。本研究則旨在確定初中生群體的意志品質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu)模型。 通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析、行為事件訪談和專家評(píng)定,初步編制了包含4個(gè)維度(堅(jiān)韌性、自覺(jué)性、果斷性和獨(dú)立性)、74個(gè)項(xiàng)目的初中生意志品質(zhì)問(wèn)卷,采用李克特五級(jí)評(píng)定法。對(duì)2410名初中生進(jìn)行測(cè)試,收回有效問(wèn)卷為2302份,有效率為95.52%。通過(guò)項(xiàng)目分析、題目與總分相關(guān)分析和探索性因素分析,刪除選擇過(guò)于集中(超過(guò)50%)的項(xiàng)目6個(gè),刪除與總分相關(guān)不顯著的項(xiàng)目2個(gè),刪除因子載荷未達(dá)到0.4的項(xiàng)目26個(gè),并修改了選擇比較集中(45%~50%之間)的項(xiàng)目9個(gè),最終保留了40個(gè)項(xiàng)目。對(duì)問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行內(nèi)部一致性檢驗(yàn),各分問(wèn)卷的平均α系數(shù)為0.75。在進(jìn)行探索性因素分析時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn),有5個(gè)特征值大于1的因子,原自覺(jué)性維度上的題目出現(xiàn)在2個(gè)因子上。通過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn)表明,自覺(jué)性維度中的自制力是一個(gè)可以獨(dú)立的意志品質(zhì)影響因素,因此,將原自覺(jué)性維度拆分為自覺(jué)性和自制力2個(gè)維度,5個(gè)因子對(duì)方差的解釋率為45.29%。因此,初中生的意志品質(zhì)主要由堅(jiān)韌性、自覺(jué)性、果斷性、獨(dú)立性和自制力五個(gè)因素構(gòu)成。 再次施測(cè),收集到1200份有效問(wèn)卷,通過(guò)驗(yàn)證性因素發(fā)現(xiàn),初中生意志品質(zhì)五因素模型擬合指數(shù)符合測(cè)量學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本研究主要結(jié)論如下: (1)本研究得到初中生意志品質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)模型包含五個(gè)維度:堅(jiān)韌性、果斷性、獨(dú)立性、自覺(jué)性和自制力。 (2)初中生意志品質(zhì)問(wèn)卷的項(xiàng)目具有較好的區(qū)分度,各維度具有較好的內(nèi)部一致性,初中生意志品質(zhì)因素模型擬合良好。此外,問(wèn)卷的內(nèi)容效度和結(jié)構(gòu)效度良好。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of good will quality plays an important role in the quality education of teenagers. However, the existing research rarely involves the quantitative study of the will quality of junior high school students, which is mainly due to the lack of a model of will quality suitable for junior high school students. The purpose of this study is to determine the structural model of the will quality of junior high school students. Through literature analysis, behavioral event interviews and expert evaluation, a questionnaire of will quality of junior high school students with 74 items including four dimensions (tenacity, consciousness, decisiveness and independence) was preliminarily compiled. 2410 junior middle school students were tested, 2302 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective rate was 95.52. Through item analysis, correlation analysis of topic and total score and exploratory factor analysis, 6 items that were too concentrated (more than 50%) were deleted, and 2 items that were not significantly related to total score were deleted. 26 items with factor load not up to 0.4 were deleted, and 9 items which were selected to be concentrated (between 45% and 50%) were modified, and 40 items were retained. The average 偽 coefficient of each sub-questionnaire is 0.75. In the exploratory factor analysis, we found that there are five factors whose eigenvalue is greater than 1, and the problems in the original consciousness dimension appear on two factors. Through literature review, it is shown that self-control in the dimension of consciousness is an independent factor affecting the quality of will. Therefore, the original dimension of consciousness is divided into two dimensions of consciousness and self-control. The interpretation rate of the difference between the five factors was 45.29. Therefore, the will quality of junior high school students mainly consists of five factors: tenacity, self-consciousness, decisiveness, independence and self-control. Again, 1200 valid questionnaires were collected. Through confirmatory factors, it was found that the fitting index of the five-factor model of junior high school students' will quality accords with the standard of measurement. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) in this study, five dimensions are obtained: perseverance, decisiveness, independence, self-consciousness and self-control. (2) the items of the mental quality questionnaire of junior high school students have a good degree of distinction, each dimension has good internal consistency, and the model of the mental quality factor of junior high school students fits well. In addition, the content validity and structural validity of the questionnaire were good.
