擇校意愿的心理機(jī)制——義務(wù)教育服務(wù)滿意度模型與實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:本研究首先根據(jù)滿意度理論提出義務(wù)教育滿意度的假設(shè)模型,然后在分析義務(wù)教育階段學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)教育滿意度的評(píng)價(jià)及擇校意愿的數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上,采用模型檢驗(yàn)方法對(duì)義務(wù)教育滿意度模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,最后分析了滿意度對(duì)擇校意愿的影響程度以及不同的人口學(xué)變量對(duì)滿意度的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,義務(wù)教育階段家長(zhǎng)教育滿意度評(píng)價(jià)是影響家長(zhǎng)擇校意愿的心理變量,盡管家長(zhǎng)是否最終做出擇校行為還會(huì)受到其他因素的影響,但是家長(zhǎng)對(duì)政府和教師的滿意度評(píng)價(jià)是具有顯著作用的預(yù)測(cè)因素,學(xué)歷、職業(yè)等人口學(xué)變量影響家長(zhǎng)的滿意度,作者在研究結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上提出了相應(yīng)的管理建議。
[Abstract]:This study first puts forward a hypothetical model of the satisfaction degree of compulsory education based on the theory of satisfaction, and then analyzes the evaluation of parents' satisfaction with education and the data of students' willingness to choose schools in the stage of compulsory education. The model test method is used to verify the satisfaction model of compulsory education. Finally, the influence of satisfaction on the willingness to choose school and the influence of different demographic variables on satisfaction are analyzed. The results show that the evaluation of parents' satisfaction with education in compulsory education is a psychological variable that influences parents' willingness to choose school, although other factors influence parents' decision to choose school. However, parents' satisfaction with the government and teachers is a significant predictor. The demographic variables such as education, occupation and other demographic variables affect parents' satisfaction. Based on the research results, the author puts forward the corresponding management suggestions.
