公安消防部隊(duì)新入警地方大學(xué)生培訓(xùn)期心理健康狀況及其相關(guān)影響因素研究

【摘要】:目的:了解新入警地方大學(xué)生培訓(xùn)初期、培訓(xùn)末期和整個培訓(xùn)期參訓(xùn)學(xué)員普遍存在的心理健康狀態(tài)、心理特點(diǎn)及其變化情況;研究入警培訓(xùn)對參訓(xùn)學(xué)員心理健康的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)參訓(xùn)學(xué)員心理健康存在的問題,并對參訓(xùn)學(xué)員心理健康的相關(guān)影響因素進(jìn)行研究,并針對性的提出建議和措施,為進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)今后地方大學(xué)生接收、入警訓(xùn)練部門制定入警培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃、人才培養(yǎng)和入警培訓(xùn)后參加消防各項(xiàng)工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)和指導(dǎo)。 方法:采取整群抽樣方法,以參加2009年入警培訓(xùn)的地方大學(xué)生學(xué)員為主體,進(jìn)行隨機(jī)取樣,調(diào)查對象共計(jì)371名。采用自編地方大學(xué)生入警培訓(xùn)調(diào)查問卷和癥狀自評量表(SCL-90),以問卷評定、座談了解、個別談心等方法,分二個階段進(jìn)行調(diào)研。第一階段對研究對象在入警培訓(xùn)2周左右進(jìn)行施測地方大學(xué)生入警培訓(xùn)調(diào)查問卷和SCL-90。第二階段在入警培訓(xùn)結(jié)束前對研究對象再次施測問卷和SCL-90。所有的數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)過整理后錄入數(shù)據(jù)庫,采用SPSS13.0軟件對資料進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。 結(jié)果:1、地方大學(xué)生入警培訓(xùn)前SCL-90因子得分與軍人常模相比,除去軀體化和恐怖因子外,其他強(qiáng)迫、人際關(guān)系、憂郁、焦慮、敵對、偏執(zhí)和精神病性等因子得分均低于軍人常模(P0.01)。地方大學(xué)生心理健康狀態(tài)明顯優(yōu)于軍人。與全國常模相比,除去人際關(guān)系、焦慮和偏執(zhí)3個因子外,學(xué)員在軀體化因子、恐怖和精神病性因子分較高,但在強(qiáng)迫、憂郁、敵對等因子得分低于全國常模,差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05或P0.01)。 2、大學(xué)生入警培訓(xùn)后因子得分與軍人常模比較,各因子分均較低,心理健康明顯優(yōu)于軍人常模;與全國常模相比,除恐怖因子外,其余軀體化、強(qiáng)迫、人際關(guān)系、憂郁、焦慮、敵對、偏執(zhí)和精神病性等因子得分均低于全國常模,差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05或P0.01)。 3、地方大學(xué)生學(xué)員入警參訓(xùn)后,通過政治業(yè)務(wù)理論學(xué)習(xí)、軍事體能訓(xùn)練、技能和拓展訓(xùn)練,學(xué)員身體素質(zhì)得到提高,意志品質(zhì)得到強(qiáng)化。絕大部分學(xué)員具有較好的心理適應(yīng)能力,獨(dú)立學(xué)習(xí)、生活能力得到了較大提高。對加入消防部隊(duì)的認(rèn)同感逐漸提高,對成為一名消防警官感到自豪。通過比較培訓(xùn)前后的SCL-90得分,可以看出培訓(xùn)后學(xué)員心理健康水平較培訓(xùn)前有了明顯改善,說明入警培訓(xùn)對大學(xué)生的心理健康起到了積極作用。 結(jié)論:新入警地方大學(xué)生總體心理健康水平較好,特別是在培訓(xùn)后心理健康水平得到進(jìn)一步提升,體現(xiàn)了地方大學(xué)生選拔和培訓(xùn)的質(zhì)量都比較高;但在入警培訓(xùn)后仍有部分學(xué)員出現(xiàn)不同程度的心理障礙和適應(yīng)不良,說明良好的心理健康對于地方大學(xué)生的成長進(jìn)步十分重要;同時性別、政治面貌、獨(dú)生子女、學(xué)歷和成長環(huán)境的不同,也影響到學(xué)員的心理健康表現(xiàn)。因此提出加強(qiáng)和改善參訓(xùn)地方大學(xué)生心理健康問題的建議:①嚴(yán)把大學(xué)生接收生源關(guān)。②改革地方大學(xué)生入警招收模式。③進(jìn)一步提高管理干部的文化素質(zhì)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)水平。④科學(xué)制定軍事體能訓(xùn)練,適當(dāng)調(diào)配訓(xùn)練與自由時間,實(shí)現(xiàn)勞逸結(jié)合。⑤開設(shè)心理課程,應(yīng)適當(dāng)增加心理學(xué)專業(yè)知識在所有教學(xué)內(nèi)容中的比例,普及心理知識,提升心理自救能力。⑥成立專業(yè)心理疏導(dǎo)隊(duì)伍,完善心理干預(yù)機(jī)制。⑦拓寬溝通渠道,及時為學(xué)員排憂解難。
