大學(xué)生就業(yè)選擇的認(rèn)知影響因素探究及對(duì)策分析

【摘要】:大學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題一直是一個(gè)備受關(guān)注的社會(huì)問(wèn)題,高校畢業(yè)生能否成功就業(yè)直接關(guān)系到經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定,高校畢業(yè)生成功就業(yè)是其生存與實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值的前提條件,同時(shí)承載著一個(gè)家庭的希望與未來(lái)。由于社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾,我國(guó)原本不容樂(lè)觀的大學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題變得更加嚴(yán)峻,社會(huì)中大學(xué)生的供給明顯大于需求。以2010年為例,據(jù)社會(huì)保障部的最新統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)表明,2010年全國(guó)高校畢業(yè)生為630萬(wàn)人,比去年的611萬(wàn)多19萬(wàn)人,加上往屆未能就業(yè)的,需要就業(yè)的畢業(yè)生數(shù)量很大,高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)形勢(shì)十分嚴(yán)峻。 對(duì)此本文從實(shí)證出發(fā),研究大學(xué)生就業(yè)選擇的認(rèn)知影響因素,從大學(xué)生的自我認(rèn)知、職業(yè)認(rèn)知、社會(huì)認(rèn)知為切入點(diǎn)對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)訪談以及調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的方式分析大學(xué)生就業(yè)選擇時(shí)的自我認(rèn)知、職業(yè)認(rèn)知和社會(huì)認(rèn)知現(xiàn)狀,并探討大學(xué)生自我認(rèn)知、職業(yè)認(rèn)知、社會(huì)認(rèn)知和大學(xué)生就業(yè)選擇的關(guān)系。本論文研究目的主要是了解在我國(guó)大學(xué)生面臨就業(yè)選擇時(shí)的認(rèn)知影響因素,并對(duì)大學(xué)生的不良的就業(yè)認(rèn)知進(jìn)行有效的調(diào)適,通過(guò)研究不僅豐富了大學(xué)生就業(yè)選擇認(rèn)知影響因素的理論體系,還為高校指導(dǎo)學(xué)生就業(yè)提供依據(jù)。 通過(guò)研究得到信度和效度都符合要求的《大學(xué)生就業(yè)選擇的認(rèn)知影響因素評(píng)價(jià)》問(wèn)卷,通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和結(jié)構(gòu)方程分析發(fā)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生自我認(rèn)知、職業(yè)認(rèn)知和社會(huì)認(rèn)知對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)選擇都有一定的影響,而影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)選擇的因素中各個(gè)因素對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)選擇的貢獻(xiàn)率不同,其中自我認(rèn)知和職業(yè)認(rèn)知的貢獻(xiàn)率明顯大于社會(huì)認(rèn)知的貢獻(xiàn)率。在自我認(rèn)知中,自身能力、自身興趣在自我認(rèn)知中的路徑系數(shù)較大,亦即,對(duì)自我認(rèn)知的影響程度高于其他因素;在職業(yè)認(rèn)知中,經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、工作地域、工作條件的路徑系數(shù)較其他因素大;在社會(huì)認(rèn)知中,社會(huì)地位、家庭滿意的路徑系數(shù)較大,對(duì)社會(huì)認(rèn)知的影響程度較高。
[Abstract]:The employment of college students has always been a social issue of great concern. The success of employment of college graduates is directly related to the economic development and social stability. Successful employment of college graduates is the prerequisite for their survival and realization of self-worth. At the same time carry the hope and future of a family. Due to the structural contradiction of social and economic development, the problem of college students' employment, which was not optimistic, becomes more serious, and the supply of college students in society is obviously larger than the demand. Take 2010 as an example. According to the latest statistics from the Ministry of Social Security, there were 6.3 million college graduates nationwide in 2010, up from more than 190000 last year. The employment situation of college graduates is very serious. Based on the empirical analysis, this paper studies the cognitive factors of college students' employment choice, and studies their self-cognition, professional cognition and social cognition as the starting point. By means of interviews and questionnaires, this paper analyzes the present situation of college students' self-cognition, professional cognition and social cognition, and probes into the relationship between college students' self-cognition, professional cognition, social cognition and college students' employment choice. The purpose of this paper is to understand the cognitive factors that affect the employment choice of college students in our country, and to adjust the poor employment cognition of college students effectively. The research not only enriches the theoretical system of cognitive factors of college students' employment choice, but also provides the basis for college students to guide their employment. Through the study of reliability and validity in accordance with the requirements of the "Cognitive impact factors Evaluation of College students' Employment Choice" questionnaire, through statistical analysis and structural equation analysis found that college students' self-cognition. Career cognition and social cognition have certain influence on the employment choice of college students, and the contribution rate of each factor to the employment choice of college students is different. The contribution rate of self-cognition and occupational cognition is obviously greater than that of social cognition. In self-cognition, the path coefficient of self-ability and self-interest in self-cognition is larger, that is, the degree of influence on self-cognition is higher than that of other factors; in vocational cognition, economic income, work area, The path coefficient of working conditions is larger than that of other factors, and in social cognition, the path coefficient of social status and family satisfaction is larger, and the influence degree on social cognition is higher.
