農(nóng)村中小學現(xiàn)代遠程教育資源服務策略研究

【摘要】:基礎(chǔ)教育是科教興國的奠基工程,對提高中華民族素質(zhì)、培養(yǎng)各級各類人才,促進社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設具有全局性、基礎(chǔ)性和先導性作用。以信息化帶動教育現(xiàn)代化,實現(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)教育公平和跨越式發(fā)展,是我國基礎(chǔ)教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇。為此,國家實施了農(nóng)村中小學現(xiàn)代遠程教育工程。檢驗農(nóng)村中小學現(xiàn)代遠程教育工程的唯一標準是應用效益,在設備、技術(shù)和資源等因素得到基本保障的前提下,教師因素已成為影響農(nóng)遠資源教學應用效益的關(guān)鍵性因素。本研究以農(nóng)遠資源的教師需求和教學應用為導向,通過對陜西省渭南市農(nóng)遠工程項目學校農(nóng)遠資源教學應用現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查與分析,探究農(nóng)遠資源特征因素與學科教師特征因素之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系和相互影響,以及對農(nóng)遠資源教學應用效果的影響。目的在于構(gòu)建基于教師教學需求的農(nóng)遠資源服務策略,為有效提升農(nóng)遠資源教學應用效益提供理論指導和經(jīng)驗借鑒。 本論文共分為六大部分。 第1章,本章闡述了本研究的研究背景,研究目的、研究問題和研究方法,并對研究中涉及的相關(guān)概念進行了界定。 第2章,本章綜述了當前國內(nèi)有關(guān)農(nóng)遠資源的研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了研究的主要取向和存在的不足,為本研究的開展提供現(xiàn)實支持。 第3章,本章介紹了農(nóng)遠資源教學應用的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),闡述了創(chuàng)新推廣理論、資源整合理論、資源適切性理論和自我效能感理論。 第4章,本章對研究的設計、實施、樣本分析及數(shù)據(jù)處理等做了詳細的說明,并通過對數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計分析,找出了農(nóng)遠資源特征因素和教師特征因素對農(nóng)遠資源教學應用的影響,并分析了各因素的相互作用程度。 第5章,本章基于農(nóng)遠資源特征因素和教師特征因素構(gòu)建了農(nóng)遠資源服務策略,包括農(nóng)遠資源質(zhì)量提升策略、推送平臺拓展策略和管理強化策略。 第6章,對本研究取得的結(jié)論進行總結(jié),分析了本研究的創(chuàng)新之處和不足之處,并對后續(xù)的研究進行了展望。
[Abstract]:Basic education is the foundation project of rejuvenating the country through science and education. It plays an overall, basic and leading role in improving the quality of the Chinese nation, training all kinds of talents at all levels and promoting the socialist modernization. It is a strategic choice for the development of our country's basic education to promote the modernization of education with information technology and to realize the fair and leap-forward development of basic education. To this end, the country has implemented the rural primary and secondary modern distance education project. The only standard to test the modern distance education project in rural primary and secondary schools is the application benefit. On the premise that the equipment, technology and resources are basically guaranteed, the teacher factor has become the key factor that affects the application benefit of the agricultural and remote resources teaching. Based on the teachers' demand and teaching application of agricultural far resources, the present situation of agricultural far resources teaching in Weinan City, Shaanxi Province is investigated and analyzed. This paper probes into the internal relation and mutual influence between the characteristic factors of agricultural and remote resources and the characteristic factors of subject teachers, as well as the influence on the teaching effect of agricultural far resources. The purpose of this paper is to construct the service strategy of agricultural remote resources based on teachers' teaching needs, and to provide theoretical guidance and experience for improving the efficiency of agricultural far resources teaching. This thesis is divided into six parts. In chapter 1, the background, purpose, problems and methods of the research are described, and the related concepts are defined. In chapter 2, this chapter summarizes the current research situation of agricultural and remote resources in China, analyzes the main orientation and shortcomings of the research, and provides practical support for the development of this study. In chapter 3, this chapter introduces the theoretical basis of the application of agricultural resources teaching, and expounds the theory of innovation and extension, the theory of resource integration, the theory of resource suitability and the theory of self-efficacy. Chapter 4, this chapter gives a detailed description of the design, implementation, sample analysis and data processing of the research, and through the statistical analysis of the data, find out the characteristics of agricultural resources and teachers' characteristics of the impact on the application of agricultural resources. The interaction degree of each factor is analyzed. In chapter 5, based on the characteristic factors of resources and teachers' characteristics, this chapter constructs the service strategies of agricultural remote resources, including the strategies of improving the quality of resources, expanding the push platform and strengthening the management. In chapter 6, the conclusion of this study is summarized, the innovations and shortcomings of this study are analyzed, and the future research is prospected.
