【摘要】：教育管理實(shí)地研究者進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)主要涉及選定實(shí)地研究地點(diǎn)、選擇進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)方式、確定建立關(guān)系的途徑和選擇獲取資料的方法四個(gè)問題。研究者應(yīng)基于中國人的"關(guān)系性"行為特征來設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的計(jì)劃。在調(diào)研地點(diǎn)的確定上,研究者應(yīng)注重進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的"便利性"與調(diào)研地點(diǎn)的代表性的結(jié)合;在進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的方式選擇上,研究者應(yīng)采取"公私兼顧、上下結(jié)合"的策略;在"關(guān)系"的構(gòu)建上,研究者可采取"由下而上"、"由易而難"、"由內(nèi)而外"的策略,爭取獲得"關(guān)鍵信息人"、"重要線索人"和"主要策劃人"的幫助;在資料獲取方法的選擇上,研究者可以采取"正面獲取"與"側(cè)面了解"相結(jié)合的策略。
[Abstract]:The entry of field researchers into the field mainly involves four problems: selecting the site, choosing the way to enter the field, determining the way of establishing the relationship and selecting the method of obtaining the data. Researchers should design site entry plans based on Chinese 'relational' behavioral characteristics. In determining the research site, the researcher should pay attention to the combination of "convenience" of entering the site and the representative of the research site, and adopt the strategy of "combination of public and private" and "combination of top and bottom" in the way of entering the site. In the construction of "relationship", researchers can adopt the strategy of "from the bottom up", "from easy to difficult", "from inside to outside" to gain the help of "key information person", "important clue person" and "main planner". Researchers can adopt the strategy of "positive acquisition" and "side understanding".
