澳大利亞資格框架等級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評析

【摘要】:開發(fā)現(xiàn)代資格框架成為世界許多國家提升人力資源開發(fā)水平和推進(jìn)終身學(xué)習(xí)的一個重要途徑。澳大利亞1995年引入資格框架,2009年將部門資格框架整合為含有10個等級的以學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向的總體框架,從知識、技能及知識和技能運用三個維度描述等級標(biāo)準(zhǔn),體現(xiàn)出層級性、嵌套性和等值性的特點。
[Abstract]:Developing a modern qualification framework has become an important way for many countries in the world to improve the level of human resources development and promote lifelong learning. Australia introduced the qualification framework in 1995. In 2009, it integrated the departmental qualification framework into a overall framework with 10 grades of learning results oriented, using three from knowledge, skills, knowledge and skills. Each dimension describes the grade standard, which embodies the characteristics of hierarchy, nesting and equivalence.
