【摘要】：學(xué)科屬性一直是一個頗具爭議的問題,"教育管理學(xué)是一門社會科學(xué)"這一命題將教育管理學(xué)學(xué)科的知識基礎(chǔ)置于了一個處于并行關(guān)系的學(xué)科群中,泛化了研究對象,固化了研究方法,未突出教育管理學(xué)學(xué)科獨(dú)有的特性,且僅從歷史的視角確立一門學(xué)科屬性的邏輯也不夠嚴(yán)密;對教育管理學(xué)學(xué)科屬性的探討離不開三個視角,即該學(xué)科屬性的定位并非一種非此即彼的"確定性"追求,其知識基礎(chǔ)不是一個包羅萬象的簡單集合體,對該學(xué)科屬性的追問最終要以解決人、組織和價值三大問題為依歸�；谏鲜稣J(rèn)識,教育管理學(xué)的學(xué)科建設(shè)應(yīng)選擇兼顧理論與實(shí)踐需要的中觀理論研究路徑。
[Abstract]:The subject attribute has always been a controversial issue. The proposition that "education management is a social science" puts the knowledge base of educational management science in a group of subjects in a parallel relationship, and generalizes the research object. Solidified the research methods, did not highlight the unique characteristics of the subject of education management, and only from the perspective of history to establish the logic of a discipline attribute is not strict enough, the study of the subject attributes of education management can not be separated from three perspectives, That is to say, the orientation of the subject attribute is not a kind of "deterministic" pursuit of one or the other, and its knowledge base is not an all-encompassing simple collection. The question of the subject attribute should ultimately be based on solving the three problems of people, organization and value. Based on the above understanding, the subject construction of educational management should choose the research path of meso-theory which takes into account the needs of both theory and practice.
