家庭因素對大學生職業(yè)探索的影響研究

【摘要】:大學生正處于職業(yè)探索階段,職業(yè)探索進行得是否充分、系統、全面直接關系著將來的職業(yè)選擇和職業(yè)成熟度。本研究的目的在于考察不同群體大學生職業(yè)探索的現狀,并探討家庭因素對大學生職業(yè)探索的影響。 本研究在對國內外職業(yè)探索及其影響因素研究進行梳理的基礎上,采用自行編制的《家庭功能調查問卷》和修訂后的《職業(yè)探索量表(CES)》,隨機選取南京五所大學423名大學生施測。得出的結論如下: (1)與職業(yè)相關的家庭功能包括七個因子:問題解決、成員溝通、角色分工、情感表達、情感卷入、行為方式、教養(yǎng)方式。 (2)自編《家庭功能調查問卷》的內部一致性信度為0.874,各因子既相互獨立,又有中等程度的相關,結構效度良好。 (3)大學生職業(yè)探索得分中等偏上,各因子中,信息數量、目標聚焦和自我探索得分相對較高,系統探索和環(huán)境探索得分相對較低。性別、年級對大學生職業(yè)探索產生顯著影響。 (4)家庭靜態(tài)因素中,家庭經濟水平、生源地、是否獨生子女對大學生職業(yè)探索產生顯著影響。 (5)家庭功能因素中,問題解決、情感卷入、行為方式與職業(yè)探索總分存在顯著相關。對職業(yè)探索預測起積極作用的是問題解決和行為方式,而角色分工起到消極的預測作用。
[Abstract]:College students are in the stage of career exploration, and their career exploration is fully, systematically and comprehensively directly related to the future career choices and career maturity. The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of career exploration for different groups of college students and to explore the influence of family factors on the career exploration of College students.
On the basis of combing the research on occupational exploration and its influencing factors at home and abroad, using the self-made family function questionnaire and the revised CES, 423 college students in five universities in Nanjing are randomly selected. The conclusions are as follows:
(1) family related functions related to occupation include seven factors: problem solving, member communication, role division, emotional expression, emotional involvement, behavior style, parenting style.
(2) the internal consistency reliability of the self compiled family function questionnaire is 0.874, and the factors are independent and moderate, and the validity of the structure is good.
(3) the score of College Students' career exploration is moderate. Among the factors, the number of information, target focus and self exploration are relatively high, and the scores of systematic exploration and environmental exploration are relatively low. Gender and grade have a significant impact on the career exploration of college students.
(4) family static factors, family economic level, place of origin, whether only child has a significant impact on College Students' career exploration.
(5) among family function factors, there is a significant correlation between problem solving, emotional involvement, behavior pattern and the total score of career exploration. The positive role of the career exploration prediction is the problem solving and the behavior pattern, while the role division plays a negative predictive role.
