大學(xué)生孤獨(dú)感現(xiàn)狀及團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)干預(yù)研究

【摘要】:研究目的:孤獨(dú)感作為影響大學(xué)生身心健康的一個(gè)重要因素,被越來越多的心理學(xué)工作者所關(guān)注。研究大學(xué)生的孤獨(dú)感現(xiàn)狀,探討其影響因素和干預(yù)措施,對(duì)提高大學(xué)生生活質(zhì)量及塑造健康人格具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。 研究對(duì)象和方法:本論文分為兩個(gè)研究。研究一以地處南昌市5所高校483名大學(xué)生為樣本,用UCLA孤獨(dú)問卷(第三版)、領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持量表、應(yīng)對(duì)方式問卷對(duì)大學(xué)生孤獨(dú)感現(xiàn)狀做了調(diào)查并對(duì)其及影響因素進(jìn)行了探究。研究二制定了一套干預(yù)大學(xué)生孤獨(dú)感的團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)方案,招募了實(shí)驗(yàn)組和控制組各15人,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組進(jìn)行8次團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo),以此探討降低大學(xué)生孤獨(dú)感水平的有效措施。 研究結(jié)果: 研究一結(jié)果: 1、調(diào)查樣本中50.31%的大學(xué)生孤獨(dú)感分?jǐn)?shù)超過常模,孤獨(dú)感較強(qiáng)。 2、大學(xué)生孤獨(dú)感水平在專業(yè)、年級(jí)、城鄉(xiāng)來源、獨(dú)生子女和非獨(dú)生子女、學(xué)生干部與非學(xué)生干部、戀愛大學(xué)生與非戀愛大學(xué)生之間存在顯著差異。不同性別及不同家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況大學(xué)生孤獨(dú)感水平不存在顯著差異。 3、大學(xué)生應(yīng)對(duì)方式中的解決問題、求助因子與孤獨(dú)感成顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。自責(zé)、幻想、退避和合理化因子與孤獨(dú)感成顯著正相關(guān);社會(huì)支持各因子和孤獨(dú)感均存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān);朋友支持、家庭支持及應(yīng)對(duì)方式中的幻想因子顯著影響孤獨(dú)感水平。 研究二結(jié)果: 團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)可對(duì)成員提供社會(huì)支持,教授社交技巧,改變應(yīng)對(duì)方式,提高認(rèn)知水平,能顯著降低大學(xué)生孤獨(dú)感水平。 研究結(jié)論: ’大學(xué)生自我意識(shí)的偏差、社會(huì)需要的缺失、人際交往技能的缺乏及學(xué)校、家庭環(huán)境的缺陷導(dǎo)致大學(xué)生產(chǎn)生孤獨(dú)感。團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)是改變大學(xué)生孤獨(dú)感的有效途徑之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: loneliness, as an important factor affecting the physical and mental health of college students, has been concerned by more and more psychologists. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the status quo of college students' loneliness and explore its influencing factors and intervention measures to improve the quality of life of college students and shape healthy personality. Object and method: this paper is divided into two studies. In the first study, 483 college students located in 5 universities in Nanchang city were investigated with UCLA Lonely questionnaire (third edition, perceived Social support scale, coping style questionnaire), and the status quo of loneliness of college students and its influencing factors were investigated. In the second study, a group psychological counseling program was established to interfere with college students' loneliness. 15 students in the experimental group and 15 in the control group were recruited, and 8 group psychological counseling sessions were carried out in the experimental group, so as to explore the effective measures to reduce the loneliness level of the college students. Results: 1.Results: 1, 50.31% of the college students in the survey sample had higher loneliness scores than the norm and had a strong sense of loneliness. 2. The level of loneliness of college students was in major, grade, urban and rural sources. There are significant differences between only child and non-only child, student cadres and non-student cadres, love college students and non-love college students. There was no significant difference in loneliness level between different gender and different family economic status. 3. There was a significant negative correlation between solicitude factor and loneliness in coping style of college students. The factors of self-blame, fantasy, avoidance and rationalization were significantly positively correlated with loneliness; social support factors were negatively correlated with loneliness; friends support, family support and coping styles had significant influence on loneliness level. Results of the second study: group psychological counseling can provide social support, teach social skills, change coping style and improve cognitive level, which can significantly reduce the loneliness level of college students. The conclusion of the study is: the deviation of college students' self-consciousness, the lack of social needs, the lack of interpersonal skills and the deficiency of school and family environment lead to the loneliness of college students. Group counseling is one of the effective ways to change college students' loneliness.
