【摘要】：許多發(fā)達(dá)國家和地區(qū)早已把能源教育事業(yè)視為應(yīng)對(duì)能源危機(jī)的重要舉措納入國家能源事業(yè)和教育事業(yè)之中,大力推進(jìn)能源教育發(fā)展。我國能源教育事業(yè)剛剛起步,許多課題可參考與借鑒國際經(jīng)驗(yàn)來解決,對(duì)此提出十項(xiàng)對(duì)策建議:實(shí)現(xiàn)能源教育事業(yè)法規(guī)化;設(shè)置國家能源教育管理部門;制訂國家能源教育事業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃;明確能源教育實(shí)施主體的職責(zé);加強(qiáng)能源教育推廣平臺(tái)建設(shè);促進(jìn)能源教育事業(yè)國際交流合作;健全教師能源教育機(jī)制;加強(qiáng)能源教育資源的開發(fā)與建設(shè);籌建專業(yè)化能源教育研究機(jī)構(gòu);創(chuàng)建全民參與能源教育的機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Many developed countries and regions have long regarded energy education as an important measure to deal with the energy crisis and put it into the national energy cause and education, and vigorously promoted the development of energy education. The cause of energy education in our country has just started, many topics can be solved by reference and reference from international experience. Ten countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: to realize the legalization of energy education cause, to set up the national energy education management department; To formulate the national energy education development plan; to make clear the responsibility of the main body of energy education; to strengthen the construction of energy education promotion platform; to promote the international exchange and cooperation of energy education; to improve the mechanism of energy education for teachers; To strengthen the development and construction of energy education resources, to set up specialized energy education research institutions, and to establish a mechanism for the participation of all the people in energy education.
