【摘要】：團體心理輔導是在團體情境中提供心理幫助與指導的一種心理咨詢形式。將它運用到高校學生社團建設中,既能滿足社團成員的歸屬感,增強社團成員的凝聚力;又能培養(yǎng)社團班子的責任意識,增強領導核心的戰(zhàn)斗力,使社團更團結;同時,還能發(fā)揮同伴教育的作用,促進社團成員身心健康成長,形成和睦、奮進的社團組織。
[Abstract]:Group psychological counseling is a form of psychological counseling which provides psychological help and guidance in group situations. Applying it to the construction of college students' association can not only satisfy the sense of belonging of the members of the association and enhance the cohesion of the members of the association, but also cultivate the sense of responsibility of the group, enhance the combat effectiveness of the leading core, and make the community more United; at the same time, Can also play the role of peer education to promote the physical and mental health of community members to form a harmonious and progressive community organizations.
