【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國的校園安全現(xiàn)狀警示我們:僅從學(xué)校和政府的視角審視和應(yīng)對校園安全問題是存有缺憾的。我國的校園安全管理應(yīng)變換分析視角并建構(gòu)一種新范式——公共治理。校園安全公共治理具有提升校園安全認(rèn)知能力、保障能力和評估能力的價值意義。當(dāng)今世界上不少發(fā)達國家,如日本、美國,都十分重視校園安全公共治理,注重發(fā)揮不同治理主體的獨特功能和資源優(yōu)勢。我國的校園安全管理應(yīng)當(dāng)充分吸取發(fā)達國家的相關(guān)寶貴經(jīng)驗,著力構(gòu)建校園安全公共治理的運作思路和運行機制。
[Abstract]:The present situation of campus security in our country warns us that it is regrettable to examine and deal with campus security only from the perspective of school and government. Campus safety management in China should change the perspective of analysis and construct a new paradigm-public governance. Campus safety public governance has the value meaning of enhancing campus safety cognition ability, ensuring ability and evaluating ability. Many developed countries in the world, such as Japan and the United States, attach great importance to campus safety and public governance, and pay attention to the unique functions and resource advantages of different governance subjects. The management of campus safety in our country should absorb the valuable experience of the developed countries, and construct the operation thought and mechanism of the campus safety public governance.
