【摘要】：評價偏見涉及考試的公平性,是由經(jīng)濟、教育、技術(shù)等各方面因素綜合作用的結(jié)果。評價偏見的類型包括平均分差異、題目功能差異、錯誤解釋成績、性別或種族內(nèi)容、內(nèi)容和經(jīng)歷不同、選拔決策采用的統(tǒng)計模型、錯誤的標準測量工具等造成的評價偏見。評價偏見不僅影響考生個人發(fā)展機會,而且危害社會公平。鑒別評價偏見可用審判的方法和實證的方法。對美國評價偏見的研究有助于完善我國考試,促進考試公平。
[Abstract]:Evaluation bias, which involves the fairness of examination, is the result of economic, educational and technical factors. The types of evaluation bias include differences in average scores, functional differences in topics, misinterpretation of achievements, gender or race content, content and experience, statistical models used in selection and decision making, and erroneous standard measurement tools. Evaluation bias not only affects the opportunity of individual development, but also endangers social equity. Discrimination and evaluation bias can be judged by the method of trial and empirical method. The research on American evaluation bias is helpful to perfect the examination and promote the fairness of the examination.
