【摘要】：教師人格是一種不可或缺和無(wú)法替代的教育力量。塑造完美的教師人格,更是時(shí)代的要求�，F(xiàn)代教師人格具有育人性、示范性、完美性、發(fā)展性的特性。由于道德沖突導(dǎo)致師德缺失,權(quán)威挑戰(zhàn)導(dǎo)致魅力消失,人際冷漠導(dǎo)致情感流失,出現(xiàn)了當(dāng)前教師人格作用弱化的現(xiàn)象。所以,現(xiàn)代教師人格的塑造,可以通過(guò)社會(huì)環(huán)境、教育實(shí)踐、教師自我完善等途徑來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Teacher's personality is an indispensable and irreplaceable educational power. Shaping the perfect teacher personality is the requirement of the times. The personality of modern teachers has the characteristics of education, demonstration, perfection and development. Due to the moral conflict leading to the loss of teachers' morality, the challenge of authority leads to the disappearance of charm, and interpersonal apathy leads to emotional loss, the current phenomenon of weakening the role of teachers' personality appears. Therefore, the shaping of modern teacher's personality can be realized through social environment, educational practice, teachers' self-perfection and so on.
