摘要：

在大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代背景下，高�？梢岳么髷�(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)，整合教育管理相關(guān)信息更好開展促進(jìn)大學(xué)生心理健康、實(shí)施多元化評(píng)價(jià)、關(guān)注大學(xué)生生活以及為大學(xué)生提供個(gè)性化就業(yè)指導(dǎo)等服務(wù)。高校應(yīng)采取轉(zhuǎn)變思維、培養(yǎng)專業(yè)人才、加強(qiáng)校企合作、保護(hù)敏感信息等措施迎接大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代，以促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展，形成高水平的教育治理能力。

Abstract： 

In the era of big data,colleges and universities can make good use of big data and integrate information on education and management.They must work to improve students'mental well-being, carry out diversified evaluation,show genuine concern over students'life and offer individualized em-ployment guidance.In the face of big data era,colleges and universities should raise their education and management level and let students develop in an all-round way by changing their thinking modes,training specialized personnel,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and protecting sensitive information.
