無氧銅連鑄坯坯殼生長(zhǎng)及收縮補(bǔ)償研究

【摘要】:結(jié)晶器是板坯連鑄機(jī)列的核心部件。掌握鑄坯在不同工藝條件下其內(nèi)部的溫度場(chǎng)、液穴、應(yīng)力場(chǎng)分布情況以及彼此之間的規(guī)律,對(duì)優(yōu)化工藝參數(shù)、提高鑄坯質(zhì)量有決定性的作用。以某銅加工廠連鑄機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,通過PROCAST軟件分別對(duì)不同工藝條件下溫度場(chǎng)、液穴、應(yīng)力場(chǎng)進(jìn)行分析,探究不同工藝條件對(duì)溫度場(chǎng)、液穴及應(yīng)力場(chǎng)的影響;通過MATLAB擬合函數(shù),找出不同工藝條件與鑄坯在結(jié)晶器出口處溫度之間的函數(shù)關(guān)系,分析其規(guī)律;研究了鑄坯的收縮補(bǔ)償措施,對(duì)收縮系數(shù)以及倒錐度與尺寸偏差、氣隙的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析。分析結(jié)果表明:冷卻水量、拉坯速度、澆注溫度以及鑄坯寬厚比對(duì)鑄坯的溫度場(chǎng)、液穴與應(yīng)力場(chǎng)均有顯著影響;在工藝條件允許下,降低冷卻水量、澆注溫度、鑄坯寬厚比和提高拉坯速度有利于降低鑄坯溫度場(chǎng)的溫度梯度和減小鑄坯內(nèi)應(yīng)力,對(duì)提高鑄坯質(zhì)量有明顯幫助;增大二冷區(qū)的冷卻水量可以有效降低鑄坯的溫度;擬合函數(shù)表明:不同工藝條件與鑄坯在結(jié)晶器出口處溫度呈明顯的函數(shù)關(guān)系,對(duì)于企業(yè)生產(chǎn)有重要的指導(dǎo)意義;收縮補(bǔ)償措施的研究表明:倒錐度較小時(shí),尺寸偏差與氣隙都較小;收縮系數(shù)較大時(shí),尺寸偏差較小,而氣隙反而變大。
[Abstract]:The mould is the core component of slab continuous casting machine. Mastering the distribution of temperature field, liquid hole, stress field and the law of each other in the billet under different technological conditions plays a decisive role in optimizing the technological parameters and improving the quality of the billet. Taking the continuous casting machine of a copper processing plant as the research object, the temperature field, the liquid cavity and the stress field under different technological conditions were analyzed by PROCAST software, and the effects of different process conditions on the temperature field, liquid cavity and stress field were explored, and the MATLAB fitting function was used to fit the temperature field, the liquid cavity and the stress field. The functional relationship between the different process conditions and the temperature at the exit of the mould is found out, and the law of the billet shrinkage compensation is analyzed. The shrinkage coefficient, the deviation between the inverted taper and the dimension, and the air gap are analyzed. The results show that the temperature field of cooling water, casting speed, casting temperature and the ratio of casting width to thickness have significant effects on the temperature field and stress field of the billet, and the cooling water quantity and pouring temperature can be reduced when the technological conditions permit. The ratio of width to thickness and the speed of billet drawing can decrease the temperature gradient and stress of the billet, which is helpful to improve the quality of the billet, to increase the cooling water in the secondary cooling zone can effectively reduce the temperature of the billet, and to reduce the temperature of the billet by increasing the cooling water content in the secondary cooling zone. The fitting function shows that the different process conditions have obvious function relationship with the temperature at the exit of the mould, which has important guiding significance for the production of the enterprise, and the research of the shrinkage compensation measures shows that the inverted taper is small, The size deviation and air gap are smaller, and when the shrinkage coefficient is larger, the dimension deviation is smaller, but the air gap becomes larger.
