小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)新老教師課堂教學(xué)機(jī)智比較研究
[Abstract]:In the modern teaching mode, the teaching of classroom teaching plays a more and more important role. Different from the traditional teaching mode, the modern teaching mode has extremely high requirements on the ability of the teacher to deal with the problem, especially in the case of a sudden emergency, the good classroom teaching wit can make a quick and accurate response, so as to optimize the teaching quality. Because of this, in the modern classroom teaching, the teacher can deal with and how to deal with the sudden situation, become an important standard of the teacher's classroom teaching ability evaluation. Besides, it is the teacher's duty to realize the good effect of classroom teaching, so in the modern teaching mode, how to improve the teacher's classroom teaching tact is always the subject of the attention of many educational researchers. The purpose of this paper is to study the classroom performance of the teaching of the new and old teachers in the primary school, and to explore the causes of the differences in the teaching of the new and old teachers in the primary school, and try to put forward the strategies to improve the teaching of the new teachers, so as to guide the teaching of the new teachers in an effective way. So as to promote the improvement of the teaching quality of the new teachers. Research issues in this study. What are the main types of intelligent classroom teaching in primary school? What are the features and reasons of the teaching of the new and old teachers? What are the factors that affect the intelligent formation of the teacher's classroom teaching? How do new and old teachers deal with the type of the teaching of mathematics in primary school and how to deal with the new and old teachers in the actual teaching activities? What is the root cause of the intelligent differences in the classroom teaching of the new and old teachers? What is the revelation to us? How to help the new teacher quickly master the teaching tact? On the basis of the study of the literature, this study analyzes the differences in the teaching of the new and old teachers in the classroom teaching through the in-depth classroom, the interview of the teachers and the students, and puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of the level of the teaching of the new teachers through the comparison. The main conclusions of this study. (1) The new old teacher can change the wit of the teaching idea in time, correct the wit of the mistakes in time, and timely stimulate the wit of the students, and timely stimulate the intelligent of the students, and timely stimulate the intelligent of the guidance, and timely and timely give out the wisdom of the doubt, The old teacher is better than the new teacher in the reserve of the teaching tact and the timing of the intervention. (2) The root cause of the difference in teaching tact is the difference of the preparation, the listening, the evaluation and the demonstration. (3) It can promote the generation of the teacher's teaching wit from the rich knowledge experience, the strengthening of the teaching reflection and the cultivation of the good personality and psychological quality. The new teacher is the hope and the future of a school. The new teacher's growth path has the twists and turns, and becomes their paving stone on the new teacher's growing road. It helps them to "only one side" up as a teaching backbone as soon as possible. It is the incumbent duty of the old teacher. In the background of the new era, the comparative work of the new old teacher's classroom teaching is conducive to the smooth development of the teaching work, and the quality of the teaching staff can be further improved.
