滄州市區(qū)小學開展少兒趣味田徑的現(xiàn)狀及策略研究

【摘要】：近些年來,我國少年兒童的身體素質發(fā)展一直呈下降趨勢,該情況引起了全社會的關注。學校體育是發(fā)展少年兒童身體素質的最重要的途徑,而田徑運動更是學校體育教學的重要內容,但是由于傳統(tǒng)田徑與少兒趣味田徑相比較為枯燥、乏味,很難引起少年兒童參與田徑運動的興趣。而少兒趣味田徑的趣味性較強它可以讓學生更多的在運動中體會到樂趣,讓學生能夠在享受運動快樂的同時對田徑運動的基本知識進行了解、掌握田徑運動的技能、培養(yǎng)頑強拼搏的精神、感受田徑運動的魅力、傳承田徑運動文化。更重要的是由于少兒趣味田徑項目的趣味性可以吸引少年兒童參與到田徑運動中,進而通過此種形式的運動使他們自覺、自發(fā)的參與田徑運動,從而使得少年兒童的身心得到全方面的健康發(fā)展。本文對少兒趣味田徑項目進行簡要的理論分析,闡明少兒趣味田徑與傳統(tǒng)田徑的區(qū)別,論述少兒趣味田徑開展的重要意義,希望可以使更多人了解少兒趣味田徑項目的內容及特點。采用文獻資料法、問卷調查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法以及邏輯分析法對滄州市區(qū)小學少兒趣味田徑項目的開展情況進行調查研究,分析滄州市小學在開展少兒趣味田徑項目中所遇到的問題并提出相應對策,通過調查研究得出以下結論:1.部分學校、教師對少兒趣味田徑項目的認識不足、重視程度不夠高,在一定程度上影響了該項目的推廣。2.少兒趣味田徑項目在滄州市小學的開展缺少一定的資金支持,學校經費不足制約了該項目的開展。3.滄州市區(qū)小學開展少兒趣味田徑項目的現(xiàn)狀并不樂觀,學校、教師對該項目的了解不足,缺乏引進契機。4.教師的教學理念有待更新,教學方法及內容缺乏新意,缺乏創(chuàng)新意識。5.少兒趣味田徑示范學校開展期間的輻射作用不強,未能帶動其他學校共同開展該項目。6.滄州市區(qū)小學場地配置基本滿足少兒田徑項目的要求,為少兒田徑項目的推廣提供了有利條件。但器材以及教材存在的問題,仍制約了該項目的開展與推廣。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of children's physical quality in our country has been on a downward trend, which has aroused the attention of the whole society. School physical education is the most important way to develop children's physical fitness, and track and field is an important content of school physical education. However, traditional track and field is boring and boring compared with children's interesting track and field. It is difficult to arouse the interest of young children in track and field. And the fun of children's interesting track and field is stronger, it can let students experience more fun in sports, so that students can enjoy the joy of sports while understanding the basic knowledge of track and field sports, and master the skills of track and field sports. Cultivate tenacious fighting spirit, feel the charm of track and field sports, inherit track and field sports culture. More importantly, because the interesting nature of children's interesting track and field events can attract young children to participate in track and field sports, and then through this form of sports so that they consciously and spontaneously participate in track and field sports, Thus make the children's body and mind get all-round healthy development. This paper makes a brief theoretical analysis of children's interesting track and field events, clarifies the difference between children's interesting track and field and traditional track and field, and discusses the important significance of children's interesting track and field development. It is hoped that more people can understand the contents and characteristics of children's interesting track and field events. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper investigates and studies the development of children's interesting track and field events in Cangzhou urban primary school. This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the development of children's interesting track and field in Cangzhou primary school and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. Through the investigation and research, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. In some schools, teachers' understanding of children's interesting track and field events is not enough and their attention is not high enough, which to some extent affects the promotion of the project. 2. Children's interest track and field project in Cangzhou City primary school lack of certain financial support, the lack of school funds restricted the development of the project. The current situation of children's interesting track and field project in Cangzhou city primary school is not optimistic, the school, teachers' understanding of the project is insufficient, lack of opportunity to introduce. 4. Teachers' teaching ideas need to be updated, teaching methods and content lack of new ideas, lack of innovative awareness. 5. Children's interesting track and field demonstration school during the launch of the radiation effect is not strong, failed to drive other schools to jointly carry out the project. 6. The site allocation of primary school in Cangzhou city basically meets the requirements of children's track and field events, which provides favorable conditions for the promotion of children's track and field events. However, the existing problems of equipment and teaching materials still restrict the development and promotion of the project.
