中等運動強度武術操對小學五年級學生執(zhí)行功能影響的實驗研究
[Abstract]:Background: executive function is the core factor that affects teenagers' learning and daily life. How to effectively promote the development of children's executive function has become a hot issue concerned by all parties. While there is growing evidence that physical activity can promote and improve the development of the executive function of adolescents, there is a lack of research on the effectiveness of long-term exercise intervention programmes on the executive function of adolescents, It affects the science and application of sports as a means of developing and improving the function of execution. Objective: the purpose of this study was to study the effect of 12-week medium-intensity martial arts exercise on primary school students' executive function, and to reveal the improvement effect of 12-week medium-intensity martial arts exercise on primary school students' executive function. To promote martial arts as a sports intervention method to promote the healthy development of primary school students' executive function to provide theoretical and practical basis. And hope to promote martial arts more comprehensive, in-depth promotion, inheritance and development. Methods: two natural classes were randomly divided into exercise intervention group (n = 40) and control group (n = 44) in Wujin district of Changzhou city. The exercise intervention was carried out for 12 weeks, 3 times a week, 20 minutes each time during normal physical education class time, and the moderate intensity martial arts exercise intervention was carried out for 12 weeks, 3 times a week and 20 minutes each time. Before the experiment began, all subjects (exercise intervention group and control group) were measured for executive function. Flanker,1-back and More-odd shifting tasks were used to measure the suppression, refresh and transformation dimensions of all subjects. Exercise intervention group for 12 weeks of martial arts intervention, control group for normal study and life. At the end of the experiment, Flanker task, 1-back task and More-odd shifting task were used to measure the execution function of all subjects. The results showed that the response time of primary school students to completing flanker task was (F (1 (77) = 0.31 after 12 weeks of wushu exercise intervention with moderate exercise intensity. The correct rate of 1-back task was significantly increased by (F (- 1 (77) = 0.75, p0. 020.05 (P < 0. 05), while the correct rate (p0. 05) did not change significantly (P < 0. 05). The response time of completing more-odd shifting task was significantly lower than that of (F (- 1 (78) = 0.69; (P = 0.0230.05). Conclusion: the intervention of wushu exercise with moderate exercise intensity in 12 weeks improved the refresh function and conversion function of pupils, but had no positive effect on the inhibition function. Wushu exercises can be used as the intervention means to promote the healthy development of executive functions and provide a theoretical and practical basis for the adoption of martial arts exercises as a program to interfere with the development of primary school students' executive functions.
