價值觀管理“管”出教師內(nèi)動力

【摘要】:正價值觀管理作為一種新的管理模式,特別適合復雜的、模糊的和不確定的管理環(huán)境。做校長以后,我面臨的第一件大事就是教師隊伍問題。當時學校73位教師中有61位已經(jīng)被評為小學高級教師,很多人進入了職業(yè)倦怠期。如何激發(fā)教師內(nèi)在的動力,確實曾讓我不知所措。教師主動發(fā)展的內(nèi)驅(qū)力的產(chǎn)生主要依賴于價值的認同、情感的力量、精神的激勵,其中
