【摘要】：正人的正常生活是以體現(xiàn)其主體型人格為前提的。所謂主體型人格是以人的自我意識、主體能力的充分發(fā)展為基礎(chǔ),以自主性、獨立性、創(chuàng)造性、責(zé)任心的養(yǎng)成為核心,有利于人的主體性和創(chuàng)造潛能充分發(fā)揮的現(xiàn)代人格模式。這其中,"人的自我意識"很重要,"自我意識"的有無、強(qiáng)弱直接影響著人的精神生活狀態(tài),并間接影響著個體事業(yè)與人生的成就。教師中"自我意識"缺位的人不在少數(shù)。我們常�？吹�,一個從事教育工作多年的人對自己的教
[Abstract]:The normal life of a normal person is based on its subjective personality. The so-called subjective personality is a modern personality model which is based on the self-consciousness and the full development of the subjective ability, and takes the cultivation of autonomy, independence, creativity and responsibility as the core, which is conducive to the full development of human subjectivity and creative potential.
