【摘要】：正近年來(lái),小學(xué)生放學(xué)后的"四點(diǎn)鐘困境"問(wèn)題得到了家長(zhǎng)、學(xué)校、專家和社會(huì)的普遍關(guān)注。如何保障學(xué)生在此期間的安全,如何在這段時(shí)間里做好教育的補(bǔ)充和延伸呢?面對(duì)巨大的市場(chǎng)需求,各種托管機(jī)構(gòu)不斷涌現(xiàn)。目前,主流的托管服務(wù)有兩種:社會(huì)托管和校內(nèi)托管。社會(huì)托管以營(yíng)利為目的,缺乏監(jiān)管與規(guī)范,在硬件設(shè)施、管理、衛(wèi)生、師資等方面難以得到保證。相比之下,擁有穩(wěn)定師資和優(yōu)良環(huán)境的校內(nèi)托管更讓家長(zhǎng)放心。
[Abstract]:In recent years, parents, schools, experts and society have paid close attention to the 04:00 dilemma after school. How to ensure the safety of students during this period, how to do a good job in this period of time to complement and extend education? In the face of huge market demand, a variety of trusteeship institutions continue to emerge. At present, there are two mainstream hosting services: social trusteeship and intramural trusteeship. Social trusteeship aims at profit, lacks supervision and regulation, and is difficult to guarantee in hardware facilities, management, hygiene, teachers and so on. By contrast, a stable teacher and a good environment of school care more assured parents.
