【摘要】：培訓(xùn)工作如何基于成人學(xué)習(xí)規(guī)律,堅持"人"的立場,發(fā)揮人的主觀能動性,讓培訓(xùn)者因為自我價值的實現(xiàn)而確認(rèn)自我存在感,是培訓(xùn)工作終極意義的體現(xiàn)。從學(xué)員遴選——"自主招生"、前培訓(xùn)——各施所長、研培一體——順應(yīng)與引領(lǐng)"人"的發(fā)展、混合式培訓(xùn)——滿足"人"的個性化需求四個層面,以吉林省教育學(xué)院小學(xué)語文教研組長短期集中培訓(xùn)項目為案例,闡釋在培訓(xùn)工作中如何堅持"人"的立場,讓"人"在場。
[Abstract]:It is the ultimate meaning of training work that how to base the training work on adult learning law, stick to the position of "human", give play to human's subjective initiative, and let the trainer confirm the sense of self-existence because of the realization of self-value. From the student selection-"independent enrollment", pre-training-each director, research and training to adapt to and lead the development of "people", mixed training-to meet the "people" personalized needs four levels, Taking the short-term centralized training project for the head of primary school Chinese teaching and research in Jilin Province Institute of Education as an example, this paper expounds how to adhere to the position of "person" and let "person" be present in the training work.
