小學(xué)教學(xué)質(zhì)量保障研究——基于教育公平角度的解讀

【摘要】:目前,由于教育資源配置的不均衡,小學(xué)階段教學(xué)質(zhì)量水平良莠不齊。教育改革深化的同時,呼喚著教育公平。如何在教育公平視角下,正確審視小學(xué)教學(xué),保障小學(xué)教學(xué)質(zhì)量,迫在眉睫。以教育公平的視角,在深入分析小學(xué)階段教學(xué)質(zhì)量保障原則、管理系統(tǒng)以及教育公平與教學(xué)質(zhì)量關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,指出當(dāng)前在教育不公和相對公平之下小學(xué)教學(xué)質(zhì)量中存在的突出問題,并提出針對性的建議。
[Abstract]:At present, due to the imbalance in the allocation of educational resources, the quality of primary school teaching is uneven. While the educational reform deepens, it calls for educational fairness. It is urgent to correctly examine primary school teaching and ensure the quality of primary school teaching from the perspective of educational fairness. From the perspective of educational equity, this paper analyzes the principles of teaching quality assurance, management system and the relationship between education equity and teaching quality in primary school. This paper points out the outstanding problems existing in the quality of primary school teaching under the unfair and relatively fair education at present, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions.
