【摘要】：正2016年7月25日至8月7日,人民教育出版社報刊社在北京承辦了"廈門市第四期農(nóng)村小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教師教育教學(xué)能力培訓(xùn)班"。這次培訓(xùn)活動主要針對廈門市農(nóng)村小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題,充分利用人教社在小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)方面的資源和優(yōu)勢,以提高一線教師創(chuàng)造性使用教材的能力和教育教學(xué)科研能力為重點,使學(xué)員在師德修養(yǎng)、教材研讀和使用、教育科研、論文寫作、校本培訓(xùn)、有效課堂教學(xué)的設(shè)計
[Abstract]:From July 25 to August 7, 2016, the people's Education Press carried out the fourth training course for Mathematics Teachers in Rural Primary Schools in Xiamen City in Beijing. This training activity mainly aims at the problems existing in the professional development of mathematics teachers in rural primary schools in Xiamen, and makes full use of the resources and advantages of the personnel Education Society in primary school mathematics. The emphasis is on improving the ability of teachers to use teaching materials creatively and the ability of teaching and research, so as to make students design effective classroom teaching in the following aspects: teachers' moral accomplishment, study and use of teaching materials, educational research, thesis writing, school-based training, and effective classroom teaching.
