【摘要】：“潛能”及“潛能教育”的界定是本論文的出發(fā)點,經(jīng)過長時間的材料收集和分析,在綜述部分重點列舉當(dāng)今潛能開發(fā)領(lǐng)域的誤區(qū)和弊端。論文第二部分從潛能教育的概念界定開始,結(jié)合小學(xué)階段學(xué)生身心發(fā)展的特點論述潛能教育的必要性和可行性。第三部分結(jié)合潛能理論構(gòu)建符合小學(xué)階段學(xué)生數(shù)學(xué)的特點,探討潛能教育的教學(xué)策略。第四部分,在前三部分的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)潛能教育的教學(xué)策略,從轉(zhuǎn)變教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)中的教師角色,創(chuàng)設(shè)適于小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)潛能教育的教育環(huán)境,綜合運用多種教學(xué)方法三個方面考慮教學(xué)策略的實施,主張針對小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)來實踐小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)潛能教育。在文章的論述中結(jié)合了小學(xué)階段學(xué)生數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)的思維特征,小學(xué)生數(shù)學(xué)思維的特點;主張將有效的多媒體游戲引入課堂,在游戲中調(diào)動學(xué)生興趣,避免課堂的單一性,提倡教師利用多種教學(xué)手段,豐富教學(xué)內(nèi)容,完善教學(xué)形式。提倡教師關(guān)注學(xué)生情感、意志、興趣、性格等方面差異,落實人文關(guān)懷,讓學(xué)生有被重視的感覺。
[Abstract]:The definition of "potential" and "potential education" is the starting point of this paper. After a long period of material collection and analysis, this paper focuses on enumerating the misunderstandings and drawbacks in the field of potential development. The second part of the paper begins with the definition of the concept of potential education and discusses the necessity and feasibility of potential education combining with the characteristics of students' physical and mental development in primary school. The third part discusses the teaching strategies of potential education in accordance with the characteristics of primary school students' mathematics. The fourth part, on the basis of the first three parts, constructs the teaching strategy of primary school mathematics potential education, and creates the educational environment suitable for primary school mathematics potential education from changing the teacher's role in the teaching link. Considering the implementation of teaching strategy in three aspects of comprehensive application of various teaching methods, the author advocates that primary school mathematics potential education should be carried out in view of primary school mathematics teaching. In this paper, the author combines the thinking characteristics of primary school students' mathematics learning and elementary school students' mathematical thinking, and advocates that effective multimedia games should be introduced into the classroom to arouse students' interest and avoid the singularity of class. Teachers are encouraged to make use of various teaching methods, enrich teaching contents and perfect teaching forms. Teachers should pay attention to students' differences in emotion, will, interest, character, etc.
