【摘要】：在高效課堂的實(shí)踐過(guò)程中,除了對(duì)小學(xué)生本身的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣做出了改變,在課堂的教學(xué)方式上也需要不斷的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展。因此教師在這中間扮演的角色就需要更高的素質(zhì)和水平。將通過(guò)對(duì)如何提升教師個(gè)人素質(zhì)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探討,并對(duì)教師素質(zhì)對(duì)高效課堂的影響作出分析。
[Abstract]:In the practical process of efficient classroom, in addition to making changes to the pupils' own learning habits, the classroom teaching methods also need to be constantly innovated and developed. Therefore, the role of teachers in the middle of the need for higher quality and level. This paper discusses how to improve teachers' personal quality and analyzes the influence of teachers' quality on efficient classroom.
