小學(xué)生體育學(xué)習(xí)動機、光照、噪音對技術(shù)動作學(xué)習(xí)影響規(guī)律的研究

【摘要】:在社會飛速發(fā)展,健康問題日益突出的大背景下,體育鍛煉越來越受到人們的重視,人們認(rèn)識到了學(xué)習(xí)體育知識技能的重要性。隨之而來的便是體育教育的問題,什么樣的體育教育是更有效的,想要了解這個問題首先要了解,如何更好地進(jìn)行體育技能學(xué)習(xí)。因為技術(shù)動作作為人類的基本學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容,體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容的重要組成部分,在體育學(xué)習(xí)中占有重要地位,所以在衡量體育教學(xué)效果中具有重要作用。學(xué)校體育作為體育工作的重要組成部分,對個體的學(xué)生階段以及以后體育鍛煉有重要影響。尤其是體育技能,不僅僅是體育教學(xué)的重要內(nèi)容,也是個體參與體育鍛煉的重要載體,直接影響體育教學(xué)效果和體育鍛煉結(jié)果。因此,對技術(shù)動作學(xué)習(xí)規(guī)律的研究,對如何提高技術(shù)動作學(xué)習(xí)效率的探討可以指導(dǎo)技術(shù)動作學(xué)習(xí)的實踐和促進(jìn)體育教學(xué)效果的改善。我們知道技術(shù)動作的學(xué)習(xí)受到學(xué)生自身的內(nèi)部因素,和外界環(huán)境的外部因素的共同影響,因此本文通過研究內(nèi)部因素和外在因素對技術(shù)動作學(xué)習(xí)的影響規(guī)律,來揭示技術(shù)動作的學(xué)習(xí)規(guī)律。本文以小學(xué)三年級學(xué)生為研究對象,通過其體育學(xué)習(xí)動機和光照、噪音對技術(shù)動作學(xué)習(xí)的影響規(guī)律的研究,來揭示內(nèi)外因素對技術(shù)動作學(xué)習(xí)的影響規(guī)律。從而尋找技術(shù)動作學(xué)習(xí)的規(guī)律,并據(jù)此提出提高體育教學(xué)效率,改善體育教學(xué)效果的方法。本研究共分四個部分:1研究綜述部分;2研究方法部分;3結(jié)果和分析;4結(jié)論和建議部分。通過研究得出如下結(jié)論:1學(xué)習(xí)效果的變化受到動機、光照、噪音的共同影響,要根據(jù)規(guī)律改變體育學(xué)習(xí)動機、光照和噪音,改善學(xué)習(xí)效果。2體育學(xué)習(xí)動機對技術(shù)動作學(xué)習(xí)效果產(chǎn)生顯著影響,技術(shù)動作學(xué)習(xí)效果隨著體育學(xué)習(xí)動機的增強越來越好,當(dāng)動機處于強和較強水平時,學(xué)習(xí)效果達(dá)到最好,但效果改善速度逐漸趨于平緩,呈倒U曲線的前半部分。3光照對學(xué)習(xí)效果產(chǎn)生顯著影響,光照處于中等水平時,學(xué)習(xí)效果最好。4噪音對學(xué)習(xí)效果產(chǎn)生顯著影響,當(dāng)噪音處于中等水平時,學(xué)習(xí)效果最好。5光照與噪音對技術(shù)動作學(xué)習(xí)效果產(chǎn)生交互作用。但動機對學(xué)習(xí)效果的影響規(guī)律不受光照和噪音的影響,即內(nèi)在條件和外在條件對學(xué)習(xí)效果的影響呈獨立趨勢。6動機是技術(shù)動作學(xué)習(xí)效果最重要的影響因素,二者關(guān)系較符合y=1.5+0.187x+0.186x2-0.033x3(x=體育學(xué)習(xí)動機;y=技術(shù)動作學(xué)習(xí)效果)所示的函數(shù)表達(dá)式。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society and the increasingly prominent health problems, people pay more and more attention to physical exercise, and people realize the importance of learning sports knowledge and skills. Then there is the question of physical education, what kind of physical education is more effective, if we want to understand this problem, we must first understand, how to better carry out the study of sports skills. As the basic learning content of human beings and an important part of physical education content, technical action plays an important role in physical education, so it plays an important role in measuring the effect of physical education. As an important part of physical education, school physical education has an important influence on individual students' stage and later physical exercise. Especially physical skill is not only an important content of physical education, but also an important carrier for individuals to participate in physical exercise, which directly affects the effect of physical education and the result of physical exercise. Therefore, the study on the law of technical action learning and the discussion of how to improve the efficiency of technical action learning can guide the practice of technical action learning and promote the improvement of physical education teaching effect. We know that the learning of technical action is influenced by the internal factors of students themselves and the external factors of the external environment, so this paper studies the influence of internal and external factors on the learning of technical action. To reveal the learning laws of technical movements. In this paper, the third grade primary school students as the research object, through their sports learning motivation, light, noise on the technical action learning, to reveal the influence of internal and external factors on technical action learning law. In order to find out the law of technical action learning, the paper puts forward the methods of improving the efficiency of physical education teaching and improving the effect of physical education teaching. This research is divided into four parts: 1: 1 research summary part 2 research method part 3 results and 4 conclusions and suggestions. It is concluded that the change of learning effect is influenced by motivation, illumination and noise. We should change the motivation, light and noise of physical education according to the rules. 2. Improving the learning effect of sports learning motivation has a significant impact on the learning effect of technical action. The learning effect of technical action is getting better and better with the enhancement of sports learning motivation. When the motivation is at a strong and strong level, the learning effect is the best. However, the improvement speed of the effect tended to be more and more gentle, and the light in the first half of the inverted U curve had a significant effect on the learning effect. When the light level was in the medium level, the learning effect was the best, and the noise had a significant effect on the learning effect. When the noise is at the medium level, the learning effect is the best. 5. The interaction of light and noise on the learning effect of technical action. However, the influence of motivation on learning effect is not affected by light and noise, that is, the influence of internal and external conditions on learning effect shows an independent trend .6 motivation is the most important factor affecting the learning effect of technical action. The relationship between them is in good agreement with the functional expression shown by YY 1.5.0.187x 0.186x2-0.033x3 (x = sports learning motivation / effect of technical action learning).
