【摘要】：正只有每個(gè)人思想觀念的改變才能真正鎖定一場(chǎng)變革,使變革后的狀態(tài)成為一種新的想當(dāng)然的常態(tài),這時(shí),改革目標(biāo)才能算真正達(dá)成了。一所城鄉(xiāng)接合部學(xué)校面臨的挑戰(zhàn)四川省成都市龍泉驛區(qū)第四小學(xué)地處龍泉驛區(qū)南冀的城郊接合地帶,1600多名小學(xué)生中超過(guò)98%是農(nóng)村孩子,其中又有近一半為外來(lái)務(wù)工子弟。由于各種原因,幾年前學(xué)校還是一所徹頭徹尾的農(nóng)村薄弱學(xué)校,長(zhǎng)期陷入讓領(lǐng)導(dǎo)頭疼、群眾不滿(mǎn)、師生無(wú)望的境地,學(xué)校的改革發(fā)展嚴(yán)重受阻。雖幾
