小學(xué)生籃球基本功訓(xùn)練方法研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),各級(jí)黨政機(jī)關(guān)密切關(guān)注小學(xué)生健康問(wèn)題,積極出臺(tái)各項(xiàng)政策條例,為小學(xué)生身心的健康發(fā)育保駕護(hù)航,在這樣的社會(huì)發(fā)展大潮下,與小學(xué)生健康息息相關(guān)的體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的地位也日益凸顯。與此同時(shí),隨著多名中國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)入美國(guó)職業(yè)籃球聯(lián)盟發(fā)展,以及國(guó)內(nèi)各級(jí)籃球賽事如火如荼地開展,籃球一躍成為目前中國(guó)最受廣大少年兒童喜愛、參與人數(shù)最多的運(yùn)動(dòng);@球運(yùn)動(dòng)不僅能夠改善和提高人體的骨骼肌,心血管系統(tǒng),呼吸系統(tǒng),消化系統(tǒng),神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)等多方面功能,還能具有提高各感受器的功能,提高廣泛分配和集體注意能力及空間、時(shí)間和定向能力。因此,結(jié)合兒童生理和心理發(fā)育特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)小學(xué)生籃球基本功訓(xùn)練方法,對(duì)保障兒童身心健康意義重大。綜合分析國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)于該問(wèn)題的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)前人對(duì)兒童身體發(fā)育特點(diǎn)對(duì)籃球訓(xùn)練的影響剖析的不夠深入,并且未能從多個(gè)角度出發(fā)系統(tǒng)地研究?jī)和@球基本功訓(xùn)練,因此本文綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、邏輯推理法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法等多種研究方法,從小學(xué)生身體發(fā)育特點(diǎn)出發(fā),從器械場(chǎng)地選擇,訓(xùn)練目標(biāo)設(shè)置、訓(xùn)練時(shí)間安排、訓(xùn)練方法篩選、訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究,力求構(gòu)建一個(gè)適宜于小學(xué)生發(fā)展的籃球基本功訓(xùn)練體系。并且針對(duì)文中的訓(xùn)練方法設(shè)計(jì)了相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn),利用實(shí)證評(píng)估訓(xùn)練效果。本文得出以下結(jié)論以及建議:1.小學(xué)生籃球訓(xùn)練應(yīng)該選用與其身體特點(diǎn)相適應(yīng)在器材場(chǎng)地。2.應(yīng)根據(jù)兒童記憶力特點(diǎn)與師生課堂注意力變化情況,對(duì)教學(xué)頻率、課堂長(zhǎng)度以及課堂內(nèi)容具體時(shí)間安排進(jìn)行科學(xué)設(shè)置。3.應(yīng)采用多種教學(xué)方法綜合利用的方式進(jìn)行教學(xué),注重教學(xué)方式多元化,以激發(fā)兒童學(xué)習(xí)籃球的興趣,收獲更好的學(xué)習(xí)的效果。4.通過(guò)實(shí)證分析,本文中綜合、優(yōu)化組合的小學(xué)生籃球基本功訓(xùn)練方法較傳統(tǒng)的訓(xùn)練方法具有一定優(yōu)越性。5.籃球主管部門、各級(jí)籃球培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)對(duì)教練員的管理、培訓(xùn),努力提高其綜合素質(zhì)水平;教練員應(yīng)充分挖掘自身潛力、努力提高創(chuàng)造性訓(xùn)練的能力,創(chuàng)造出新穎科學(xué)的小學(xué)生籃球基本功訓(xùn)練方法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the party and government organs at all levels have paid close attention to the health problems of primary school students, actively issued various policies and regulations to protect their physical and mental health. Under such a tide of social development, The status of sports, which is closely related to the health of primary school students, is also increasingly prominent. At the same time, with the development of many Chinese athletes into the American Professional Basketball League and the development of domestic basketball events at all levels, basketball has become the most popular sport in China. Basketball can not only improve and improve the skeletal muscle, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, digestive system, nervous system and other functions of the human body, but also improve the function of various receptors. Improve the ability of wide distribution and collective attention and space, time and orientation. Therefore, it is of great significance to design elementary school students' basic basketball skills training method to protect children's physical and mental health by combining the characteristics of children's physical and psychological development. Comprehensive analysis of the domestic and foreign scholars on this issue, found that the previous children's physical development characteristics of basketball training analysis is not deep enough, and failed to systematically study the basic skills of children basketball training from a number of angles. Therefore, this article synthetically uses many kinds of research methods, such as literature, questionnaire, logic reasoning, experiment and so on, from the characteristics of primary school students' physical development, from the choice of instrument field, the setting of training target, the arrangement of training time, etc. The selection of training methods and the design of training contents are studied in order to construct a basketball basic skill training system suitable for the development of primary school students. Some experiments are designed to evaluate the training effect. In this paper, the following conclusions and suggestions are given. Primary school basketball training should be adapted to their physical characteristics in the equipment field. 2. According to the characteristics of children's memory and the changes of classroom attention of teachers and students, the teaching frequency, the length of class and the specific time arrangement of classroom content should be set up scientifically. In order to stimulate children's interest in learning basketball and gain better learning effect, we should adopt a variety of teaching methods and pay attention to the diversity of teaching methods. Through the empirical analysis, this article synthesizes, optimizes the combination elementary school student basketball basic skill training method to have the certain superiority compared with the traditional training method. Basketball competent departments and basketball training institutions at all levels should strengthen the management and training of coaches, strive to improve their comprehensive quality, and coaches should fully exploit their own potential and strive to improve their ability of creative training. To create a novel and scientific elementary school basketball basic skills training method.
