成都市六城區(qū)小學(xué)大課間體育活動(dòng)開展現(xiàn)狀的研究

【摘要】:本文主要通過文獻(xiàn)資料、問卷調(diào)查、專家訪談和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等研究方法,以成都市六城區(qū)小學(xué)體育教師為調(diào)查對象,對成都市六城區(qū)小學(xué)開展大課間體育活動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)成都市六城區(qū)的小學(xué)經(jīng)常開展大課間體育活動(dòng)的學(xué)校占77.8%,有時(shí)開展有時(shí)不開展大課間體育活動(dòng)的學(xué)校占22.2%,各個(gè)學(xué)校都對大課間體育活動(dòng)的開展進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)一組織。針對大課間體育活動(dòng)的開展,學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對大課間體育活動(dòng)的開展重視度達(dá)到90%以上,98.6%的體育教師都比較愿意組織大課間體育活動(dòng),為大課間體育活動(dòng)的開展起到了主導(dǎo)的作用;94.5%的學(xué)生重視參與大課間體育活動(dòng);(2)成都市六城區(qū)小學(xué)每次開展大課間體育活動(dòng)的時(shí)間在35~45分鐘,學(xué)生每周活動(dòng)的次數(shù)在5次以上的占總數(shù)的19.4%,大課間體育活動(dòng)的時(shí)間短,次數(shù)少不能很好地滿足學(xué)生們對大課間體育活動(dòng)的需求;(3)成都市六城區(qū)小學(xué)開展的大課間體育活動(dòng)內(nèi)容大部分都是傳統(tǒng)的體育項(xiàng)目,組織形式也過于統(tǒng)一。每所學(xué)校都把組織學(xué)生做眼保健操或健美操為大課間體育活動(dòng)的主內(nèi)容,其他創(chuàng)新型的內(nèi)容卻很少開展;大課間體育活動(dòng)的組織形式也缺少創(chuàng)新;(4)成都市六城區(qū)有52.8%的學(xué)校有大課間體育活動(dòng)目標(biāo)評價(jià)體系,并且對大課間體育活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容、組織形式和結(jié)果評價(jià)的比較全面;還有47.2%的學(xué)校根本就沒有大課間體育活動(dòng)目標(biāo)評價(jià)體系,不利于大課間體育活動(dòng)的開展;(5)影響成都市六城區(qū)小學(xué)開展大課間體育活動(dòng)的最大阻礙因素是運(yùn)動(dòng)場地和器材,每個(gè)學(xué)校都存在場地小、缺少運(yùn)動(dòng)器材的情況;還有就是大課間體育活動(dòng)開展過程中的安全隱患;學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)壓力過重;大課間體育活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容枯燥、缺乏吸引力;大課間體育活動(dòng)的組織形式過于單一;對大課間體育活動(dòng)的組織者缺少專業(yè)的知識(shí)培訓(xùn)。根據(jù)成都市六城區(qū)小學(xué)在開展大課間體育活動(dòng)過程中的影響因素,提出以下建議:(1)合理利用學(xué)校的體育場地、配備相應(yīng)的體育器材;(2)提高師生體育安全的意識(shí),完善安全措施;開展的形式和內(nèi)容;提高師生安全意識(shí),防范安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn);保證大課間體育活動(dòng)的時(shí)間;(3)加強(qiáng)學(xué)校制度建設(shè)、保證大課間體育活動(dòng)的時(shí)間;(4)創(chuàng)新大課間體育活動(dòng)開展形式和內(nèi)容;(5)增加對大課間體育活動(dòng)組織者的相關(guān)知識(shí)培訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics, this paper takes the physical education teachers of primary schools in six urban areas of Chengdu as the object of investigation. The present situation of large-class physical activity in primary schools in six urban areas of Chengdu was investigated and studied. The results are as follows: (1) 77.8 schools in primary schools in six urban areas of Chengdu often carry out large class sports activities, and 22.2 schools sometimes do not carry out large class sports activities. Each school has unified organization for the development of large class sports activities. In view of the development of large class sports activities, the school leaders pay more than 90% attention to the development of large class sports activities and 98.6% of physical education teachers are more willing to organize large class sports activities. 94.5% of the students attach importance to participating in the large class sports activities. (2) the time of the major class sports activities in the primary schools in Liucheng District of Chengdu is 35 minutes to 45 minutes. Students with more than five weekly activities accounted for 19.4% of the total, and the duration of major class sports activities was short. Few times can not meet the needs of students for large class sports activities; (3) the content of large class sports activities carried out by primary schools in six urban areas of Chengdu is mostly traditional sports items, and the organization form is too unified. In each school, organizing students to do eye exercises or aerobics is the main content of large class sports activities, but other innovative content is rarely carried out; (4) 52.8% of the schools in the six urban areas of Chengdu have the evaluation system of the goals of the large class sports activities, and the content, organization form and result evaluation of the major class sports activities are relatively comprehensive. 47.2% of the schools do not have an evaluation system for the goals of large class sports activities at all, which is not conducive to the development of large class sports activities. (5) the biggest obstacle factors affecting the development of large class sports activities in primary schools in Liucheng District of Chengdu are sports venues and equipment. Each school has a small space, the lack of sports equipment; there is also a large class sports activities in the process of security risks; students' learning pressure is too heavy; the content of large class sports activities boring, lack of attraction; The organizing form of large class sports activities is too single, and the organizers of large class sports activities lack professional knowledge training. According to the influencing factors in the process of carrying out large class sports activities in primary schools in Liucheng District of Chengdu, the following suggestions are put forward: (1) making rational use of the school's sports venues and equipping them with corresponding sports equipment; (2) raising the awareness of sports safety among teachers and students, and perfecting safety measures; The form and content of the development; raising the safety awareness of teachers and students to guard against safety risks; ensuring the time of sports activities between classes; (3) strengthening the construction of school system, Ensure the time of large class sports activities; (4) innovate the form and content of large class sports activities; (5) increase the relevant knowledge training for the organizers of large class sports activities.
