【摘要】：家校協(xié)同教育是以協(xié)同學(xué)理論為基礎(chǔ),調(diào)動(dòng)起三大教育系統(tǒng)中的學(xué)校教育系統(tǒng)和家庭教育系統(tǒng)之間的協(xié)作,通過一定的協(xié)同教育平臺(tái)來(lái)互相指導(dǎo)、互相監(jiān)督、互相協(xié)助與融合,形成教育的合力來(lái)對(duì)學(xué)生的發(fā)展起到有利作用的一種教育方式。所以良好的家校協(xié)同教育不但需要家長(zhǎng)與教師相互配合,更要調(diào)動(dòng)符合時(shí)代特點(diǎn)的平臺(tái)來(lái)輔助家校之間的協(xié)作。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),個(gè)性化大眾媒體的普及使微傳播方式逐漸走進(jìn)人們的生活,為家校協(xié)同教育帶來(lái)了新的運(yùn)行環(huán)境。為探究目前小學(xué)家校協(xié)同教育在微傳播環(huán)境下的運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀,本文通過相關(guān)調(diào)查,總結(jié)目前微傳播環(huán)境下小學(xué)家校協(xié)同教育中的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),在對(duì)問題的成因進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)微傳播環(huán)境下如何高效實(shí)施小學(xué)家校協(xié)同教育提出了可行建議。本研究主要分為四個(gè)部分：第一部分為緒論部分,對(duì)選題的來(lái)源、重要意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、理論基礎(chǔ)以及相關(guān)概念做出了闡述。第二部分是微傳播環(huán)境下小學(xué)家校協(xié)同教育現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查結(jié)果分析,基于問卷調(diào)查和訪談結(jié)果對(duì)現(xiàn)階段小學(xué)家校協(xié)同教育在微傳播環(huán)境下的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行細(xì)致分析。第三部分從調(diào)查結(jié)果中整理出微傳播環(huán)境下小學(xué)家校協(xié)同教育實(shí)施中的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足,并對(duì)問題的成因進(jìn)行了分析。第四部分提出了在微傳播環(huán)境下高效實(shí)施小學(xué)家校協(xié)同教育的優(yōu)化策略。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),微傳播在家校協(xié)同教育中會(huì)增強(qiáng)傳播的即時(shí)性、讓時(shí)空局限性變小、且受眾面比傳統(tǒng)的家校協(xié)同方式要廣、家校協(xié)同的內(nèi)容也可以更加全面；目前存在的問題主要是微傳播環(huán)境下家長(zhǎng)、教師進(jìn)行家校協(xié)同教育的時(shí)間不足、家校協(xié)同教育有效交流不足、運(yùn)用微傳播方式單一、學(xué)校對(duì)微傳播方式缺乏良好的開發(fā)和運(yùn)用。其原因主要有家長(zhǎng)、教師以及學(xué)校三方面的原因,涉及主觀原因和客觀原因。根據(jù)以上問題及成因,結(jié)合實(shí)際,從學(xué)校、教師、家長(zhǎng)各方角度提出優(yōu)化策略,為小學(xué)一線教育工作者和家長(zhǎng)提供家校協(xié)同的建議。
[Abstract]:Home-school collaborative education is based on the theory of synergetic learning, which mobilizes the cooperation between the school education system and the family education system in the three major educational systems, and guides, supervises, assists and melts each other through a certain collaborative education platform. An educational method in which the resultant force of education plays a beneficial role in the development of students. Therefore, a good home-school cooperative education not only needs parents and teachers to cooperate with each other, but also needs to mobilize the platform according to the characteristics of the times to assist the cooperation between home and school. In the 21st century, the popularization of individualized mass media makes microcommunication come into people's life gradually, and brings a new operating environment for home-school cooperative education. In order to explore the current situation of primary school home-school cooperative education in micro-communication environment, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of primary school cooperation education in micro-communication environment, based on the analysis of the causes of the problem. Some feasible suggestions on how to implement cooperative primary school education in microcommunication environment are put forward. This research is mainly divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction part, the origin of the topic, significance, research status, theoretical basis and related concepts are expounded. The second part is the analysis of the current situation of primary school home-school cooperative education in micro-communication environment. Based on the results of questionnaire and interviews, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of primary school home-school cooperative education in micro-communication environment. In the third part, the author collates the advantages and disadvantages in the implementation of cooperative primary school education under the microcommunication environment, and analyzes the causes of the problems. In the fourth part, the author puts forward the optimization strategy of implementing home-school cooperation education in micro-communication environment. It is found that microcommunication in home-school cooperative education will enhance the immediacy of communication, make the limitation of time and space become smaller, and be more widely accepted than the traditional home-school coordination, and the content of home-school coordination can be more comprehensive. At present, the main problems are the lack of time for parents and teachers to carry out home-school cooperative education, the lack of effective communication between home and school cooperative education, the single use of microcommunication, and the lack of good development and application of microcommunication in schools. The main reasons are parents, teachers and schools, involving subjective and objective reasons. According to the above problems and causes, combined with the actual situation, this paper puts forward the optimization strategy from the perspectives of schools, teachers and parents, so as to provide suggestions for primary school teachers and parents to cooperate with each other at home and school.
