小學(xué)教師專業(yè)道德發(fā)展的個(gè)案研究
[Abstract]:When it comes to the profession of teachers, an unavoidable issue is its moral character. Teachers' professional morality not only affects the quality of teachers and teachers' individual professional development, but also determines the success and failure of school education. With the continuous development of teacher professionalization movement and the further deepening of teacher professionalization reform, how to cultivate teachers' professional moral literacy has become an important topic that the educational circles pay close attention to. In particular, the construction of modern primary education system needs a high-quality primary education teachers. The so-called high quality not only refers to the promotion of teachers' professional knowledge and ability, but also emphasizes the construction of professional morality contained in teachers' professional practice. This paper takes W teacher of S Primary School in Jinan City of Shandong Province as the research object, adopts the interview method, enters into the professional life of the W teacher, ponders, excavates its professional moral quality development predicament and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategy. The first part of this paper mainly introduces the related theories of teachers' professional morality. From the definition of related concepts, the theoretical basis of the professional moral development of primary school teachers, and the practical background of the professional moral development of primary school teachers, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the related theories of the professional moral of primary school teachers. The second part of this paper, according to the information obtained by the author, from the teaching work of moral stories, moral stories among colleagues and teachers' individual needs of the moral story of three aspects of the educational events specifically presented W teacher professional moral development. The third part of this paper neglects the moral education content from the primary school teacher's education and training activity, the teacher's moral standard is difficult to operate in practice, the teacher's moral standard lacks the safeguard system, the primary school management does not pay enough attention to the ethics. Primary school teachers do not have a clear understanding of the collective nature of educational labor, and six aspects of the treatment and social status of primary school teachers are not high. The problems existing in the process of professional moral development of primary school teachers and their causes are analyzed. The fourth part is the rational thinking about the professional moral development of primary school teachers. The author probes into how to improve the professional moral literacy of primary school teachers from two aspects: subjective and objective, in order to provide methodological basis for primary school teachers to truly establish virtue and teach by words and deeds in their work.
