【摘要】:分布式課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)圍繞著課程問題展開,它的理想圖景是每一位教師成為課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。分布式課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下教研組必須進行重建,必須聚焦課程問題,從關(guān)注教學(xué)到關(guān)注課程;必須重塑成員角色,從"行政視角"向"專業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)"視角轉(zhuǎn)變;形成引領(lǐng)機制,以"輪值主持""教研公約"等為標(biāo)志的民主機制是教研組實現(xiàn)分布式課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的保障。
[Abstract]:The distributed curriculum leadership revolves around the course problem . The ideal picture is that every teacher becomes the leader of the course . Under the leadership of the distributed curriculum , the teaching and research group must be reconstructed . It is necessary to focus on the course problem and shift from the perspective of attention to the course of attention ; it is necessary to reconstruct the role of the members from the " administrative angle of view " to the " professional leading " angle of view ; form the leading mechanism , which is the guarantee for the teaching and research group to realize the distributed curriculum leadership .
