【摘要】：現(xiàn)如今,越來(lái)越多關(guān)于學(xué)校體育傷害事故的新聞被不斷曝光,學(xué)校體育的安全受到國(guó)人的廣泛關(guān)注。近年來(lái),小學(xué)生體育傷害事故也是不斷出現(xiàn),這種局面非常不利于學(xué)校正常的開(kāi)展體育教學(xué)。對(duì)學(xué)生身體健康的發(fā)展和體質(zhì)的增強(qiáng)帶來(lái)很多的不利因素。而且會(huì)造成學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)和學(xué)校之間的矛盾,更有甚者,會(huì)上升為法律層面的問(wèn)題。所以,減少小學(xué)生體育傷害事故的出現(xiàn),為學(xué)生創(chuàng)造安全、科學(xué)、健康的環(huán)境進(jìn)行體育教學(xué)已迫在眉睫。本研究以新鄉(xiāng)市區(qū)小學(xué)生體育傷害事故的致因?yàn)檠芯繉?duì)象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、專(zhuān)家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、案例分析法、邏輯分析法等科研方法對(duì)新鄉(xiāng)市區(qū)小學(xué)體育傷害事故的致因進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,得出以下結(jié)論:1、新鄉(xiāng)市區(qū)小學(xué)生課外體育活動(dòng)發(fā)生的體育傷害事故率為38.8%,占所有體育活動(dòng)組織形式發(fā)生體育傷害事故的比例最高。2、大球類(lèi)運(yùn)動(dòng)是最容易發(fā)生小學(xué)生體育傷害事故的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目,占總事故發(fā)生率的63.2%。3、小學(xué)生體育傷害事故發(fā)生的種類(lèi)多為輕微傷,占總事故率的72%,輕傷事故占總事故率的28%。4、新鄉(xiāng)市區(qū)小學(xué)生體育傷害事故發(fā)生原因:,(1)學(xué)校方面:在安全管理方面存在制度缺陷;體育器材和運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地有不安全因素;沒(méi)有完善的學(xué)生體質(zhì)檔案儲(chǔ)存制度;(2)教師方面:個(gè)別教師的教學(xué)能力和課堂組織存在問(wèn)題、工作責(zé)任心有待加強(qiáng);(3)學(xué)生和監(jiān)護(hù)人方面:學(xué)生不遵守體育課堂紀(jì)律、學(xué)生錯(cuò)誤完成技術(shù)動(dòng)作、學(xué)生對(duì)體育動(dòng)作的恐懼心理、監(jiān)護(hù)人沒(méi)有告知學(xué)校學(xué)生存在健康問(wèn)題。通過(guò)調(diào)查分析新鄉(xiāng)市區(qū)小學(xué)生體育傷害事故發(fā)生原因及現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)和理論提出新鄉(xiāng)市區(qū)小學(xué)生體育傷害事故的防范對(duì)策:1、提高學(xué)校、老師、學(xué)生對(duì)體育安全的認(rèn)識(shí);2、建立學(xué)生健康檔案管理制度;3、落實(shí)小學(xué)體育器材和運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地的安全管理;4、加強(qiáng)教師的業(yè)務(wù)水平和責(zé)任心;5、對(duì)學(xué)生體育恐懼心理進(jìn)行疏導(dǎo);6、加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)生、老師和家長(zhǎng)的體育安全教育;7、完善相關(guān)政策法規(guī)、加強(qiáng)教育部門(mén)的職能
[Abstract]:Nowadays, more and more news about school sports injury accidents have been constantly exposed. The safety of school sports is widely concerned by the people. In recent years, the sports injury accidents of primary school students are constantly appearing. This situation is very bad for the normal development of physical education in schools. There are many adverse factors. Moreover, it will cause the contradiction between the parents and the school, and more and more, it will rise to the legal level. Therefore, it is urgent to reduce the occurrence of primary school students' sports injury accidents and create a safe, scientific and healthy environment for the students to carry out physical education teaching. This study takes the sports injuries of primary school students in Xinxiang city. Because of the research object, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, case analysis, logic analysis and other scientific research methods, the causes of physical injury accidents in Xinxiang urban primary schools are investigated and analyzed, and the following conclusions are drawn: 1, the physical injury accidents of extracurricular sports activities of pupils in Xinxiang urban area The rate is 38.8%, the highest proportion of sports injury accidents in all sports activities is.2, the big ball sport is the most easy to take place sports injury accidents of primary school students, accounting for 63.2%.3 of the total accident rate. The types of primary school students' sports injury accidents are mostly light and micro injuries, accounting for 72% of the total accident rate, and the light injuries account for the total accident. Rate 28%.4, the causes of physical injury accidents in Xinxiang primary school pupils: (1) school: there are institutional defects in safety management; there are unsafe factors in sports equipment and sports venues; there is no perfect storage system for students' physique files; (2) teachers' teaching ability and class organization problems and work responsibility It needs to be strengthened; (3) students and guardians: students do not obey the discipline of sports class, students fail to complete technical movements, students' fear of sports movements, the guardian has not told the school students the existence of health problems. Through investigation and analysis of the causes and status of physical injury accidents in Xinxiang primary school students, combined with investigation data and theory. On the prevention of sports injury accidents in Xinxiang pupils: 1, improve school, teachers, students' awareness of sports safety; 2, establish student health archives management system; 3, implement the safety management of primary school sports equipment and sports venues; 4, strengthen teachers' professional level and responsibility; 5, students' physical fear psychological counseling; 6, Strengthen the sports safety education for students, teachers and parents; 7, improve relevant policies and regulations, and strengthen the functions of education departments.
