【摘要】:小學(xué)生課堂問題行為是指在學(xué)校的課堂教學(xué)中,小學(xué)生做出的違反課堂規(guī)則和教學(xué)要求以及影響正常的教學(xué)進(jìn)度和教學(xué)效率的行為。課堂是教師教學(xué)和學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的主要陣地,有序的課堂秩序是保證課堂教學(xué)目標(biāo)達(dá)成的前提條件。但在實(shí)際教學(xué)當(dāng)中,小學(xué)生的課堂問題行為還是普遍存在,這也是一直困擾教育研究者和教師的難題,其不僅會(huì)影響教師的教學(xué)質(zhì)量和教學(xué)進(jìn)度,對(duì)教師正常的教學(xué)活動(dòng)帶來消極的影響,還對(duì)小學(xué)生自己的學(xué)習(xí)和身心健康產(chǎn)生影響。在新課程改革的教育背景下,隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,小學(xué)生的課堂問題行為依然沒有得到緩解,成為困擾學(xué)校一線課堂的重要問題。本文運(yùn)用了問卷法、訪談法等研究方法,首先對(duì)小學(xué)生課堂問題行為現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了闡述,分析了小學(xué)生課堂問題行為的特點(diǎn)以及表現(xiàn)形式;其次,在對(duì)小學(xué)生課堂問題行為現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查以及對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果分析的基礎(chǔ)上,分別從學(xué)生自身、教師、環(huán)境因素等方面分析了產(chǎn)生小學(xué)生課堂問題行為的具體原因;最后,有針對(duì)性地提出了解決小學(xué)生課堂問題行為的策略。本文通過調(diào)查小學(xué)生課堂問題行為的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)其表現(xiàn)形式及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析和闡述,根據(jù)問卷和訪談結(jié)果具體分析了產(chǎn)生小學(xué)生課堂問題行為多方面原因并有針對(duì)性地提出了應(yīng)對(duì)策略,希望能夠?qū)σ痪教師在對(duì)小學(xué)生課堂問題行為的解決上有所幫助,提高課堂效率,達(dá)成教學(xué)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Classroom problem behavior of primary school students refers to the behavior of violating classroom rules and teaching requirements and affecting normal teaching progress and teaching efficiency in the classroom teaching of primary school students. Classroom is the main position of teachers' teaching and students' learning, and orderly classroom order is the precondition to ensure the achievement of classroom teaching goals. However, in the actual teaching, the classroom problem behavior of primary school students is still widespread, which is also a difficult problem for educational researchers and teachers all the time. It will not only affect the teaching quality and teaching progress of teachers. It has a negative effect on teachers' normal teaching activities, and also has an impact on pupils' own learning and physical and mental health. Under the background of the new curriculum reform, with the continuous development of society, the classroom problem behavior of primary school students has not been alleviated, which has become an important problem puzzling the first-line classroom. In this paper, the questionnaire method, interview method and other research methods are used to investigate the current situation of primary school students' classroom problem behavior, and analyze the characteristics and manifestations of primary school students' classroom problem behavior. On the basis of the investigation of pupils' classroom problem behavior and the analysis of the results of the investigation, this paper analyzes the specific causes of the pupils' classroom problem behavior from the aspects of students themselves, teachers and environmental factors. The strategies to solve the classroom problems of primary school students are put forward. By investigating the present situation of classroom problem behavior of primary school students, this paper analyzes and expounds its manifestation and characteristics. According to the results of questionnaires and interviews, this paper analyzes the causes of classroom problem behavior of primary school students and puts forward corresponding strategies, hoping to be helpful to the first-line teachers in solving the classroom problem behavior of primary school students. Improve classroom efficiency and achieve teaching goals.
