【摘要】：正童心教育價(jià)值觀的提出不是"裝點(diǎn)門(mén)面",而是要通過(guò)教師的言語(yǔ)與行動(dòng)呈現(xiàn)出來(lái),成為"看得見(jiàn)的童心",獲得家長(zhǎng)和學(xué)生的信任。2010年,我校在借鑒中外先進(jìn)教育理念的基礎(chǔ)上提出了屬于自己的教育哲學(xué)——童心教育,其要義是"葆童真,激童趣",旨在終結(jié)兒童成人化傾向,把對(duì)兒童的教育工作轉(zhuǎn)到"童心為本"上來(lái)。童心教育的提出,在于敬畏兒童成長(zhǎng)的規(guī)律,也是學(xué)校品質(zhì)提升、內(nèi)涵發(fā)展的自我要求。我們通過(guò)制度建設(shè)、課程設(shè)計(jì)以及教師發(fā)
[Abstract]:The concept of positive childlike education is not to "decorate", but to become "visible childlike" through teachers' words and actions, and gain the trust of parents and students. On the basis of drawing lessons from Chinese and foreign advanced educational concepts, our school puts forward its own educational philosophy-childlike education, whose main meaning is to "preserve the innocence of children and stimulate children's interest" in order to end the tendency of children to become adults. The education of children should be transferred to "childlike heart-oriented".
