【摘要】：正校長(zhǎng)的膽略不只包含勇往直前的勇氣,還有綿延迂回的智慧和默默堅(jiān)守的"理性平和"。中國(guó)的校長(zhǎng)最缺什么?改革的膽略。校長(zhǎng)缺乏改革的膽略,學(xué)校就缺乏自下而上的改革文化。沒(méi)有改革的土壤,最理想的藍(lán)圖也無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn),最好的頂層設(shè)計(jì)也只是一紙空文。改革勇氣來(lái)自哪里好多校長(zhǎng)有改革愿望,也能整體策劃,卻往往在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的要求、教師的質(zhì)疑、家長(zhǎng)的反對(duì)聲中,退避三舍。
[Abstract]:The principal's courage consists not only of courage, but also of twilight wisdom and quiet peace of reason. What is the lack of a principal in China? The boldness of reform. Without the courage to reform, the school lacks a bottom-up culture of reform. Without the soil of reform, the ideal blueprint can not be achieved, and the best top-level design is a dead letter. The courage of reform comes from where many principals have the desire to reform, can also plan as a whole, but often in the leadership requirements, teachers' doubts, parents' opposition, retreat.
