上海市小學校本課程開發(fā)現狀的調查研究

【摘要】:自新一輪基礎教育課程改革實施以來,校本課程成為國家課程和地方課程的重要補充,其開發(fā)價值不僅體現在突出學校辦學特色、提高教師的專業(yè)化發(fā)展,更體現在滿足學生的個性化發(fā)展需要。開發(fā)主體的改變使越來越多教師參與到校本課程的開發(fā)過程中來,因此如何開發(fā)出優(yōu)質的校本課程成為學校完善本校課程體系的重要課題。本研究主要運用文獻法和問卷調查法,旨在對上海市小學校本課程的開發(fā)設計和實施現狀進行摸底調查的基礎上,針對存在的問題,提出改進的對策建議,為未來校本課程的開發(fā)和實施提供參考和借鑒。本研究運用分層隨機抽樣法,選擇了不同層面的上海市近30所小學,并自主編制問卷,對已開發(fā)和實施校本課程的教師和校長為對象展開調查。通過對問卷結果的回收、整理,從組織建立、目標擬定、方案設計、課程實施、課程評價、課程管理等角度對上海市小學校本課程開發(fā)的現狀進行了系統(tǒng)的調查。通過對各個環(huán)節(jié)數據的深入分析,上海市小學校本課程的開發(fā)與實施的總體情況為:各校在校本課程開發(fā)過程中能根據學校特色和實際情況開設豐富多彩的校本課程,推動學生個性發(fā)展的同時也促進了教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展。但是在校本課程開發(fā)過程中也存在一些問題,主要表現在:缺乏對學生個性化發(fā)展需求的診斷;校本課程培訓和專業(yè)外部指導不足;課程資源利用率及開發(fā)范圍存在局限;校本課程評價體系的建構亟待完善;課程管理機制和政策保障尚未成熟。針對上述問題,本文就上海市小學校本課程開發(fā)的持續(xù)推進提出了相應的建議:立足學生需求,生成個性化校本課程;聚焦培訓合作,提升課程領導和開發(fā)能力;豐富課程資源,重視特色資源整合與開發(fā);注重多元評價,完善校本課程評價體系;保障政策支持,加強規(guī)范校本課程管理。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the new round of basic education curriculum reform, the school-based curriculum has become an important supplement to the national curriculum and the local curriculum. Its development value is not only reflected in highlighting the characteristics of running schools, but also in improving the professional development of teachers. More embodied in meeting the individual development needs of students. The change of the main body of development makes more and more teachers participate in the course of the development of school-based curriculum, so how to develop high-quality school-based curriculum has become an important subject for the school to perfect its curriculum system. This research mainly uses the literature method and the questionnaire survey method, aims to carry on the survey to the Shanghai elementary school school-based curriculum development and the implementation present situation, according to the existence question, puts forward the improvement countermeasure suggestion. For the future development and implementation of school-based curriculum to provide reference and reference. In this study, stratified random sampling was used to select nearly 30 primary schools in Shanghai at different levels, and questionnaires were compiled independently to investigate teachers and principals who had developed and implemented school-based curriculum. The present situation of school-based curriculum development in primary schools in Shanghai is systematically investigated from the perspectives of organizational establishment, goal formulation, scheme design, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation, curriculum management, and so on. Through the in-depth analysis of the data of each link, the overall situation of the development and implementation of the school-based curriculum in Shanghai primary school is as follows: in the course of the school-based curriculum development, each school can offer colorful school-based curriculum according to the characteristics of the school and the actual situation. Promote the development of students' personality, but also promote the professional development of teachers. However, there are some problems in the course of school-based curriculum development, such as the lack of diagnosis of students' individualized development needs, the insufficiency of school-based curriculum training and professional external guidance, the limitation of the utilization of curriculum resources and the scope of development. The construction of school-based curriculum evaluation system needs to be improved urgently, and the curriculum management mechanism and policy guarantee are not mature. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions on the continuous development of school-based curriculum in primary schools in Shanghai: basing on the needs of students, creating individualized school-based curriculum, focusing on training cooperation, improving the ability of curriculum leadership and development; Rich curriculum resources, pay attention to the integration and development of characteristic resources, pay attention to multiple evaluation, perfect the evaluation system of school-based curriculum, guarantee policy support, strengthen the management of school-based curriculum.
