軟梯訓(xùn)練對(duì)7-8歲小學(xué)生靈敏性發(fā)展的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:近年來我國(guó)的青少年的體質(zhì)呈現(xiàn)出持續(xù)下降的趨勢(shì)。靈敏作為一種復(fù)雜的綜合素質(zhì),其他的素質(zhì)密切相關(guān)。因此,發(fā)展少年兒童的靈敏素質(zhì)不但可以提高他們的體育成績(jī)和動(dòng)作技術(shù)水平,而且還是提高其體質(zhì)水平的重要途徑之一。本研究通過實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法來驗(yàn)證軟梯訓(xùn)練對(duì)7-8歲小學(xué)生靈敏性的影響,并通過對(duì)常規(guī)上課、傳統(tǒng)靈敏訓(xùn)練和軟梯訓(xùn)練三者的比較,以期尋找到更有利于該年齡階段靈敏性發(fā)展的方法。研究方法:該實(shí)驗(yàn)是從東北師范大學(xué)第二附屬小學(xué)二年級(jí)選取3個(gè)自然班,一個(gè)班作為對(duì)照組,其余的兩個(gè)分別為實(shí)驗(yàn)A班、實(shí)驗(yàn)B班。選取的這三個(gè)班的人數(shù)都是45人,男生24人,女生21人。學(xué)生年齡為7-8歲,并且這三個(gè)班是同一個(gè)體育教師任教。實(shí)驗(yàn)前對(duì)三個(gè)班學(xué)生的身體形態(tài)、T形跑、20s反復(fù)橫跨、往返跑(10m×4)和伊利諾斯跑四個(gè)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,結(jié)果顯示,三班學(xué)生在這四項(xiàng)指標(biāo)上不存在顯著性差異(p0.05),具有同質(zhì)性。由于該校低年級(jí)的上課的形式為“主課+副課”,副課一般在準(zhǔn)備活動(dòng)之后進(jìn)行,所以三個(gè)班的練習(xí)都選擇在準(zhǔn)備活動(dòng)之后進(jìn)行。實(shí)驗(yàn)A班采用軟梯訓(xùn)練的方法;實(shí)驗(yàn)B班采用傳統(tǒng)的靈敏素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練法;對(duì)照班采用本校安排的副課。三個(gè)班除了準(zhǔn)備活動(dòng)后的內(nèi)容不同外,其他的上課內(nèi)容都相同。研究結(jié)果:對(duì)照班在實(shí)驗(yàn)后,男女生的靈敏素質(zhì)四項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的成績(jī)都有所增長(zhǎng)。其中男生的T形跑、往返跑(10m×4)兩項(xiàng)結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)前比較,都顯示p0.05。存在顯著性差異。女生的T形跑與實(shí)驗(yàn)前相比,p0.05。存在顯著性差異。實(shí)驗(yàn)A班在實(shí)驗(yàn)后,男女生的靈敏素質(zhì)四項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的成績(jī)都有所增長(zhǎng)。男女生四項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的成績(jī)與實(shí)驗(yàn)前比較,四項(xiàng)結(jié)果都顯示p0.01,存在高度顯著性的差異。實(shí)驗(yàn)B班在實(shí)驗(yàn)后,男女生的靈敏素質(zhì)四項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的成績(jī)都有所增長(zhǎng)。男女生四項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的成績(jī)與實(shí)驗(yàn)前比較,四項(xiàng)結(jié)果都顯示p0.01,存在高度顯著性的差異。三個(gè)班級(jí)在實(shí)驗(yàn)后相比:實(shí)驗(yàn)A班與實(shí)驗(yàn)B班相比較,實(shí)驗(yàn)B班男女生四項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的成績(jī)較好,而且p0.05,存在明顯的差異;實(shí)驗(yàn)B班與對(duì)照班相比較,實(shí)驗(yàn)B班男女生四項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的成績(jī)不但比對(duì)照班的高,而且p0.01,存在高度顯著性的差異;實(shí)驗(yàn)A班與對(duì)照相比較,實(shí)驗(yàn)A班男女生四項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的成績(jī)不但比對(duì)照班的高,而且p0.05,存在顯著性差異。研究結(jié)論:實(shí)驗(yàn)過后,三種訓(xùn)練方式都有利于靈敏素質(zhì)的發(fā)展。提高了三個(gè)班學(xué)生靈敏素質(zhì)的四項(xiàng)指標(biāo)成績(jī)。實(shí)驗(yàn)過后,軟梯訓(xùn)練法和傳統(tǒng)的靈敏性訓(xùn)練對(duì)靈敏素質(zhì)的發(fā)展作用更為明顯,并且學(xué)生四項(xiàng)指標(biāo)成績(jī)?cè)趯?shí)驗(yàn)前后都有顯著性差異。實(shí)驗(yàn)過后,傳統(tǒng)的訓(xùn)練方法對(duì)7-8歲小學(xué)生的靈敏素質(zhì)的發(fā)展的訓(xùn)練效果更好。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the constitution of teenagers in our country shows a trend of continuous decline. Sensitivity as a complex comprehensive quality, other qualities are closely related. Therefore, the development of children's sensitive quality can not only improve their sports achievement and skill level, but also one of the important ways to improve their physique level. In this study, the effects of soft ladder training on the sensitivity of pupils aged 7-8 years were verified by experimental methods, and the comparison among conventional class, traditional sensitivity training and soft ladder training was carried out. In order to find a more conducive to the development of age sensitivity. Methods: in this experiment, three natural classes were selected from the second grade of the second affiliated primary school of Northeast normal University, one class as the control group, and the other two classes as experimental A class and experimental B class respectively. The three classes selected are 45 students, 24 boys and 21 girls. The students are 7-8 years old, and the three classes are taught by the same PE teacher. Before the experiment, statistical analysis was made on the four indexes of the body shape of the students in the three classes, the body shape of which was crossed again and again for 20 s, running back and forth 10 m 脳 4) and the Illinois running.
